Technical Project and Delivery Manager

Own day-to-day execution across our mobile, frontend, and backend/data teams. This is a non-coding role working closely with the technical lead, who retains ownership of technical direction.

Responsibilities

• Translate project priorities into clear tasks, owners, milestones, and delivery plans.
• Allocate team capacity, coordinate dependencies, and track progress across development and design.
• Identify delivery risks early, resolve blockers with the technical lead, and communicate decisions and trade-offs.
• Coordinate testing, release readiness, and mobile app store submissions with the engineering team.
• Maintain clear status updates and improve planning, handoffs, and follow-through in a remote team.

Essential skills and experience

• Experience managing software delivery across multiple developers and technical workstreams.
• Strong technical understanding of React Native, iOS and Android release processes, Next.js, and backend/API integrations.
• Ability to break down work, prioritize competing needs, and manage dependencies without daily founder intervention.
• Clear written communication, stakeholder coordination, and practical experience using project tracking tools.

Preferred experience

Experience coordinating mobile and web releases, working with distributed teams, and improving delivery processes in a growing team.

Experience and Required Skill Sets: 

1      Solid experience in software design and development using Microsoft ASP.NET framework, C#, Visual Studio, and in writing clean, readable, and easily maintainable code

2      5+ years of experience in WCF, WPF, VB.NET, SQL Server, JQuery, Angular 10 and above.

3      5+ years of experience in developing highly scalable REST/Web APIs

4      5+ years of experience in developing highly efficient SQL/NoSQL Queries

5      5+ years of experience in Relational and Document databases

6      Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and possess strong fundamental design principles for building a scalable application.

7      Experience in using the MVC framework, working knowledge in APIs, and Service Oriented Architecture

9      Experience in Angular version 10 and above is required 

10   Expert in SQL programming & Database Design (Stored procedure, Function, Trigger, Constraints, Replication)

13   Expertise in programming and usage of any unit testing framework. Expertise in integration testing and continuous integration.
