Role Overview:

We are seeking a driven and visionary Director Of Technology to join Dwichakra as an integral contributor and investor. This role is perfect for anyone with entrepreneurial aspirations and a robust technical background who is ready to invest in our shared mission.

As a technologist and partner, you will provide technical leadership and expertise in developing and launching innovative technology solutions. Your contributions will be crucial in enhancing our product offerings and scaling the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technology Strategy: Collaborate with founders to define and execute a technology roadmap that aligns with the company’s vision and growth strategy.
• Financial Investment: Commit to a financial contribution to support technology development, product launch, and scaling efforts.
• Technical Leadership: Lead the design and implementation of the platform, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Product Development: Direct the development of new features and enhancements, leveraging AI and other technologies for a superior user experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

Essential:

• Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role (CTO or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of software development, AI applications, and mobile app technologies.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a strategic approach to technology and business goals.
• Willingness and ability to make a financial investment in the company.
• Excellent leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Preferred:

• Experience in startups, product development, or technology commercialization.
• Familiarity with the motorcycle or automobile industry and market trends.
• A network of potential clients, investors, or technology partners.

Equity and Investment:

• Equity Offering: Based on contributions (financial, expertise, and operational involvement), equity shares will be negotiated with a vesting schedule.
• Investment Requirement: A minimum financial contribution of INR 15-25 lakhs to support technology development and product launch.

We are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer with a passion for esports to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leading and managing technical teams and a proven ability to drive technology strategy and innovation. Experience in the esports industry is a plus. 

Responsibilities: 

• Lead the development and execution of our technology roadmap, aligning with business goals and objectives 
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of our technology infrastructure and systems 
• Manage and mentor the technology team, including setting goals and providing direction and support 
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and prioritize technical needs and opportunities 
• Monitor and analyze industry and market trends, and assess their potential impact on the company 
• Communicate technical plans and progress to senior management and stakeholders 

Requirements: 

• Strong professional experience as a CTO or similar leadership role 
• Proven ability to lead and manage technical teams 
• Strong understanding of software development and delivery processes 
• Experience with driving technology strategy and innovation 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Solution Architect

10+ years of experience in leading solution architecture & technical development. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a comparable field from an accredited institution.

Key Responsibilities

• Enable customer to realize their stated IT vision and strategy

• Lead development of solution architecture and design across a set of applications or an application/product family within an enterprise

• Provide guidance/consultancy for the execution and delivery of project from a solutioning and technology perspective

• Provide a strategic solutioning perspective to a project/engagement

• Demonstrate strong leadership skills and astuteness

• Design and Architect end to end solutions content that characterizes what products or services are being proposed and how these services will be delivered

• Estimate for Project or Program Management and or technical effort to drive scope and produce deliverables

Required Knowledge and Skills

• Deep understanding of the Software development, mobile development, application support, cloud, mobility and infra services.

• Should be proficient with the languages, tools, and frameworks core to software development, mobility iOS or Android development

• Demonstrate very strong skills in documenting architecture and preparing technical papers to explain architectural motivations/strategy or rationale

• Create technology focused roadmap for a set of projects within a program

• Must have an understanding of various Architectures and frameworks

• Produce estimates for the whole program using estimation methodologies and customizations appropriate to the program

• Work closely with project/program manager and advise on execution methodology/strategy, timelines, resources and project commercials

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Experience in agile methodologies and best practices
