PHP Developer

Full Stack Developer responsible for managing back-end services and the interchange of data between the server and the users.

Your primary focus will be the development of all server side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the frontend elements built by your co-workers into the application. Therefore, a basic understanding of frontend technologies is necessary as well.

We are looking to recruit a candidate for a role that will require:

• Create and consume restful APIs
• Design, develop, and maintain internal and external applications
• Build efficient, testable, and reusable modules
• Write high quality, structured application/interface code and documentation
• Identify solutions through research and collaboration that resolves the root of problems as they arise
• Define functional and technical requirements for application software to develop skills and knowledge
• Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality
• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle

Requirement

∙ Proficient in Node.JS and ReactJS development stack

∙ 2+ years’ experience designing, querying, and updating databases in MySQL/nosql

∙ Basic understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX etc.

∙ Passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas

∙ Good to have knowledge of AWS, Redis, ElasticSearch

1. Proven experience as a Laravel Developer with a strong portfolio of past projects.
2. In-depth knowledge of Laravel, PHP, and MySQL.
3. Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
4. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
5. Understanding of RESTful API development and consumption.
6. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
8. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
9. Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., PHPUnit) is a plus.
10. Knowledge of other PHP frameworks and CMS (e.g., Symfony, CodeIgniter, WordPress) is a plus.

Role & Responsibility-

5 years’ experience in web development with a server-side language such as PHP(framework such as Laravel, Zend, CodeIgniter)

Experience in Python.

- Experience in JavaScript frameworks (especially React)
- Experience in web services, Rest API, JSON, SOAP, Linux/Unix.
- Advanced knowledge in MVC architecture and object-oriented programming
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer facing software solutions on time and within deadlines.
- Solid understanding of web application security
- Professional experience of version control (Git)
- Ability to estimate, design and implement development tasks in the form of writing and editing code, as well as writing and executing database queries and applying configuration changes.

- Ability to create development tasks based on analysis of client business rules, desired functionality, and functional specs
- Mentor developers by answering questions on ongoing project related tasks.
