Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for handling end to end recruitment across divisions.
2. Work closely with Hiring Managers to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements.
3. Initiate an array of sourcing activities through various channels, job portals, networking and conducting referrals, and Mapping of target companies and headhunting to ensure a regular supply of candidates to meet the existing & future demands.
4. Responsible for coordinating with internal stakeholders to drive Internal Job Postings.
5. Responsible for updating and maintaining Recruitment dashboards
6. Preparation of Recruitment related MIS reports and publishing the same at a desired frequency.
7. Responsible for On Boarding of new hires and ensuring adherence of internal practices.
