A) Recruit, Train, and Coach the Sales Team
1. Recruit and train to ensure that there is enough strength to handle the sales projections 15 days in advance
2. Provide training, help, and second voice to the sales advisors to help them achieve their targets
3. Develop rebuttals for the evolving customer queries and train the team members on the same
4. Work with the Training Manager to ensure the success of trainees
B) Set goals and measure/audit performance of each team member
1. Develop sales target for each of the team member and explain them the same with deadlines
2. Measure daily, weekly, monthly performance trends of each team member and take corrective actions to match the organization's expectations
3. Conduct daily team hurdles to brief the team on the team and individual targets
4. Motivate team members to meet and exceed targets

Job Description
- Experience in Forcepoint Proxy infrastructure with SSL inspection Experience in Cloud Proxy infrastructure Experience in Forcepoint DLP or any DLP tools knowledge of various security compliance requirements.

Position Responsibilities
● Answer technical support phone calls on software/hardware.
● Respond in writing via email to cases entered into an online self service portal.
● Gather and document all information pertaining to a customer issue into a case ticket, respond to new cases within established timeframes, manage caseload and provide updates to customers with open cases, effectively troubleshoot assigned cases and identify those that need escalation to Senior Analysts.
● Accurate gathering of data, should a call not be resolved during the initial phone call, it is imperative that the case have the entire details of the issue and suggested recommendations for resolution. If a caller requires additional support of the issue, all pertinent information should be captured for the next analyst.
● Escalates design, reliability, and maintenance problems to the Technical Support Team Lead / Product Manager.
● Being proactive and taking the initiative are keys to success. Utilization of slow business periods to train on software functions identified by the Technical Support Team Lead is essential.
● Follows internal escalation path, involving other departments when needed, documenting each call for ease of escalation.
● Periodic Installation and Training of software/hardware for clients via remote connection.
Position Requirements
● Able to work patiently with end-users of both a technical and non-technical background.
● Strong team player and solution oriented.
● Ability to negotiate alternatives, know when to escalate a problem, or when to ask for assistance in dealing with the various problems reported.

The Senior SAP PI/PO Developer (Process Integration / Process Orchestration) is responsible for delivering interfaces between SAP and Non-SAP systems that combine business processes with software SAP development tools.

- Develop new-user facing features using React.Js and Redux, D3.Js
- Build robust, reusable, and easy to maintain components.
- Translate designs and mock-ups into high quality code.
- Work closely with the Support team and Product team to identify issues and bugs in the platform and fix it.
- Completely own the SDLC of your tickets. From dev to production.
- Talk to existing clients about platform bugs and ensure the bugs are fixed.
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 4 years’ experience with React.js and Redux
- You are a well-organised self-starter with excellent communication skills
- You have thorough and demonstrable understanding of React.js and it’s core principles
- You have experience with code versioning (GIT) and CI/CD (Jenkins, Circle, etc.) tools
- You have ability to translate business requirements into high quality, high performance code
