We're seeking a Project Lead & Senior Full Stack Developer (5-7 years’ experience) who thrives at the intersection of technical excellence and project leadership. You will act as the guardian of architectural integrity, ensuring our solutions are loosely coupled, testable, and domain centric.

Must Have:

•    5-7 years building production applications with React/Next.js and Node.js

•    Deep practical experience with Dependency Injection and Inversion of Control

•    Strong ability to model complex business logic using Domain-Driven Design

•    2+ years leading projects using Agile methodologies

•    Expert-level Typescript and PostgreSQL proficiency

•    Track record of delivering complex projects on schedule

•    Experience with database design, optimization, and migration strategies

Nice to Have:

•    CS/Engineering degree; PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification

•    FinTech/lnsurTech or multi-tenant Saas experience

•    Open-source contributions; serverless architecture expertise

As a backend .NET core developer, you will be predominantly involved in:

• Developing business solutions by creating new and modifying existing software web applications.
• Coding, testing, debugging & supporting all types of enterprise web applications consistent with established specifications and business requirements to deliver business value.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, implement and maintain .net core based middle layer/services application working with established processes.
• Ensure adherence of best coding practicesfor a high-performance data processing backend application.
• Identify production and non-production application issues & assist team with optimal solution.
• Identify opportunities to fine-tune and optimize applications of .Net core developed projects, including periodic code review.
• Provide technicalsupport and consultation for .Net core backend application and deployment related queries

Desired Skills Technical Skills

• Experience in WCF/Web Services or REST API (Using C#.Net core)
• 1+ years of hands on experience (using HTTPS) .Net core Based Windows Services 2+ year of hands on experience SQL Server (2012 or 2014)
• 2+ year of hands on experience in writing high performance SQL queries.
• (MySQL is preferable) Message Queue (RabbitMQ, Kafka or similar) Work experience preferable for message queue based architecture development Distributed Cache Management (Redis Cache, MemCached or similar) Experience preferable

• Build a strong network within ecosystem to identify the top authors and bring them onto the Graphy platform

• Reach out to creators and build a strong pipeline of creators who could create a Graphy

• Setup Calls and introduce Graphy as the product and platform to create Graphies

• Cold call/email prospective leads.

• Find out interesting ways to source creator leads

• Find out interesting ways to close Graphers

• Close Creators to create Graphies

• Own the GMV from the Graphies closed

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all Graphers account management matters.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with Graphers.

• Should have 3+ years relevant experience in business development or proven experience as category manager or similar role

• Solid knowledge of category management, business development principles

• Excellent communication skills

• Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a demanding, fast-paced environment.

• Book/Content market knowledge is an added advantage

• Experience in working in a collaborative team

• Experience in adding SAAS products is a plus.
