Job Description:

• Ideate and create videos/graphics for various social media campaigns.
• Create design templates and layouts for various marketing platform.
• Creating graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logo, brochures, presentations and posters including standard templates.
• Creating designs using Photoshop, illustrator, CorelDraw, After Effects.
• Applying UI mockups.
• Understand the core difficulties and devise creative and practical solution.
• Perform research and analyse the really expectation of the user.

Product photographers and videographers:

· Professional mastery of video and audio editing software and programs

· Ability to multitask and work toward several milestones on various projects simultaneously

· Creative experience in filmmaking and videography

· Ability to understand the desired outcome of a project when meeting with clients and the ability to bring them to life

· Experience editing various video projects and inserting sound effects, music and transitions

· Proficient in creating concept boards and other visual representations of planned edits for video projects

· Excellent communication skills are required to have a solid understanding of project scope and implementation

· Ability to collaborate well with other creative professionals to supply clients with top-notch finalized products

· Capture Action on Camera

· Videographers record important events using camera, lighting, and audio equipment.

· Videographers direct people to capture specific action and events for the camera

 

 

What you need to have:

Primary Job Description 

1. a) Visual Design Strategy

• Work with the marketing and product team to identify visual design themes for cohesion with overall Freeup brand identity and areas for brand differentiation in the context of social commerce space.
• Work with marketing leadership to identify disruptive design strategies to enhance brand differentiation and positioning across FreeUp products and experiences

1. b) Visual Design Operations

• Provide visual design inputs for the brand calendar across all channels -social media, PR and owned channels.
• Develop and execution integrated marketing campaigns across owned ,paid and partnership media both online and offline
• Provide design templates to ensure brand visual consistency in all partner engagements, co-branded

communication & campaigns.

Qualifications

Candidate should have a strong graphic design background who is also proficient in 2D animation

• Ideally having worked for a high-growth consumer startup supplying content to social media or ads teams
• Kinetic typography and composite layering should be included in the requirements
• Bonus if they have the ability to draw/sketch by hand
• Having 3-5 years of experience (being a junior may not be a disadvantage here)
• Ready to complete an assignment e.g. a 15-second video within 24 hours
• Having an impressive portfolio to showcase, both static and short animation work

Well experienced 3d visualiser must be capable of modelling, specially spline modelling for complex 3D geometries and should be able to 3d rendering for interior and architecture design projects in Vray/ Corona renderer and should be able to post-process them in Photoshop/Lightroom.
Must be able to read architectural drawings from AutoCAD.

Looking for a Graphic Designer with 1 - 2 year experience. Email along with your work samples

UX Designer Responsibilities:
● Conducting user research and testing
● Developing wireframes and task flows based on user needs
● Collaborating with Designers and Developers to create intuitive, user-friendly
software
● Understand product specifications and user psychology
● Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
● Create personas through user research and data
● Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success
● Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs

● Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends
● Owning all phases of the design lifecycle from user research (primary and

● Collaborating effectively with product, engineering, and management teams
● Iterating based on user feedback and activity, in order to enhance the user
