Key Responsibilities

The Quality Inspector is responsible for inspecting, testing, and monitoring products to ensure they meet required quality standards, specifications, and safety guidelines. The role involves identifying defects, maintaining quality records, and supporting continuous improvement in manufacturing or production processes.

• Inspect raw materials, in-process items, and finished products for quality and compliance
• Measure products using gauges, calipers, micrometers, and other inspection tools
• Identify defects, deviations, or non-conformities and report them to supervisors

We are a growing software services company based in Hyderabad, India, expanding our capabilities by establishing a US IT Recruitment vertical from the ground up. We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and self-driven US IT Recruitment Manager to lead this initiative.

As the US IT Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for setting up the US IT staffing/recruitment division end-to-end. This is a leadership role requiring in-depth expertise in the US IT staffing industry, comprehensive knowledge of recruitment processes, and the ability to build, manage, and scale recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Establish the US IT Recruitment Function from the ground up, including defining processes, tools, and strategies.

Required Qualifications

·        8+ years of experience in US IT staffing and recruitment, with at least 3+ years in a leadership/managerial role.

·        Proven experience in setting up or scaling US IT recruitment operations.

·        Deep understanding of US tax terms, work authorizations, compliance, and immigration policies.

·        Strong network of clients, vendors, and industry contacts in the US staffing ecosystem.

·        Ability to lead, inspire, and mentor a team.

·        Proficiency with ATS platforms, job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and social recruiting tools.

·        Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

·        Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

About the Role

Scrum Master(BA)

· Working with customers and product manager to prioritize and validate requirements.

· Coordinate with the work efforts of 8+ person team for various projects and help team complete tasks successfully and on-time and resolved obstacles encountered by team members.

· Should Coordinate and participate in weekly estimation meetings to provide high-level estimates (Story Points) for backlog items.

· Develop the crucial functional requirement specifications, creating detailed use cases and process flow diagrams to support functional specifications.

· Facilitate Daily Scrum Meetings and Monthly Reviews meetings. Conduct sprint retrospective and followed up on action items for continuous improvement.

· Prepare extensive cost - benefit analysis to support system and process changes

· Develop a user acceptance test plan and test case scenarios to guide a select group of key end-users in testing the user interface and functionality of the application.

· Examine and evaluate testing fixtures and procedures for appropriateness in the specific requirements.

· Conduct 5+ levels of testing including functional, regression, user acceptance, integration and performance to verify the client’s needs are met.

· Should be able to Communicate client’s business requirements by constructing easy-to-understand data and process models.

Key Responsibilities

• Primarily responsible for the design, development and testing of LTE features for small cell system being developed by Mavenir
• Software development (code & test) of their modules with no supervision. Ability to do high level design and review low-level design/code.
• Accurate estimation of their work.
• Participate in architecture discussions.
• Adherence to development process and quality metrics.

Job Requirements

• Good understanding of 5G,  LTE and/or UMTS standards.
• Knowledge of 3GPP NR, EUTRAN procedures.
• Knowledge on any of the protocols like RRC, MAC, RLC, LTE/NR L3/L2 protocol stacks.
• Knowledge of RRM, Tr069 interface, NETCONF, YANG.
• Experience of developing UNIX/Linux applications.
• Excellent knowledge of C, data structures and operating systems.
• Knowledge of Network virtualisation concepts will be a plus.
• Experience of any of the following would also be an advantage: IP Networks and Protocols, SCTP, MTP3, M3UA, SS7, SCCP, HNBAP, RUA, RANAP, S1AP, GTP
• Good knowledge of any of version control system like SVN, MKS, clearcase.
• Good team player with knowledge of Agile methodology will be a plus
