WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

● 1 year of full life-cycle IT Recruiting Experience, in either an agency or corporate setting

● Familiarity with different selection methods (screening, interviews, assignments)

● Excellent follow-up skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hands-on, fast-paced environment with a high degree of ambiguity

● Must have Strong Knowledge of IT Technologies and skills

● Experience in handling multiple vendors.

● Great interpersonal and communication skills

● MBA in human resources or similar relevant field

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates
• Conduct initial HR screening calls
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain and update candidate data in recruitment trackers
• Assist in employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives
• Support the HR team in daily recruitment activities

Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.

Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and seamless transition into the organization.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee files, attendance records, and employee data.

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Familiarity with HR principles and practices.

Previous internship or work experience in HR is a plus.

We are looking for Technical Recruiters to manage our full-cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers.
• Procure people for different IT Requirements.
• Use niche platforms related to IT, to source potential candidates.
• Personally, conduct interviews, document the same, and report as the need arises.
• In addition to executing individual responsibility should be able to work in unison with the other departments with the Company’s growth perspective in mind.
• Keeping abreast of the industry trends.

Requirements:

• Having 3 Years experience in a similar role in a similar industry
• Must be comfortable working in US shifts.
• Ability to display deep sourcing skills and excellent candidate assessment skills.
• Should be self-motivated as well as a team player.
• The ability to think analytically to consider all applicants and recommend the right fit for the organization.
• Should have excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in English.

• Experience with End-to-End IT Recruitment Processes and Activities Right from Sourcing to Placement
• Learn, Understand, and Practice US Staffing Best Practices
• Sourcing, Screening, and Shortlisting Resumes based on Desired Skills and Experience through Job Portals, Social Networking, Bulk Emails, etc
• Screen Resumes, Interview Qualified Candidates, and facilitate Interviews and Hiring Discussions with Interviewers and Hiring Managers
• Create Talent Pipelines with high potential Candidates for Future Job Opportunities.

Requirements:

• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication is a must
• Good Interpersonal and Decision-Making skills
• Good understanding of Technology and Technical skills
• Male Candidates preferred

Working Mode: Work from Office

Timing: Monday- Friday US shift (6.00 pm to 3.00 am)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
