Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Manager / Lead – Data Engineering & ETL Operations to drive enterprise-scale data integration and analytics solutions. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in ETL, cloud platforms, and data warehousing, along with the ability to lead teams, manage delivery, and solve complex data problems.

This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for professionals transitioning from Senior Engineer to Manager.

Key Responsibilities-

• Lead ETL development, operations, and production support
• Design and manage cloud-based data platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Build and optimize data warehouse solutions using Snowflake / Redshift
• Implement dimensional models including SCD Type 1/2/3
• Develop and orchestrate pipelines using SSIS, Matillion, SnapLogic, PySpark
• Ensure data quality, performance, scalability, and reliability
• Support downstream analytics and reporting (Tableau / Power BI)
• Lead small-to-medium teams, perform code reviews, and mentor engineers.
• Work closely with business and analytics stakeholders
• Drive root-cause analysis and problem resolution for data issues

Ideal Candidate

• Strong Data Engineering (ETL + Cloud) Leadership Profile
• Mandatory (Experience) : Must have 7+ years of experience in Data Engineering / ETL with at least 3+ years in pharma/life sciences domain
• Mandatory (Skill 1) : Must have strong expertise in ETL tools (SSIS / Matillion / SnapLogic) and pipeline development
• Mandatory (Skill 2) : Must have hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Mandatory (Skill 3) : Must have experience working with data warehouses (Snowflake / Redshift)
• Mandatory (Skill 4) : Must have strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling (SCD Type 1/2/3)
• Mandatory (Skill 5) : Must have hands-on experience with PySpark for large-scale data processing
• Mandatory (Skill 6) : Must have experience ensuring data quality, scalability, and performance of data pipelines
• Mandatory (Leadership) : Must have atleast 2+ years of experience leading teams, mentoring engineers, and owning end-to-end delivery
• Mandatory (Stakeholder Mgmt) : Must have experience working with business or analytics stakeholders and solving data problems
• Mandatory (Note 3) : This has an equal mix of IC and leadership responsibilities
• Preferred (Tools) : Experience with Tableau / Power BI and production support / data operations

● Candidate should be Currently working in a sales role (not just past experience).

● Candidate should have B2B sales background, ideally dealing with brands or agencies

● Candidate should have experience in Service Sales only, not in product or other sales.

● Candidate must have Experience in Service industry sales – particularly in media, advertising, marketing, influencer, branded content, or digital solutions

● Strong track record of new business acquisition (not just account management)

● Ability to pitch, close, and grow media campaigns, IP sponsorships, or marketing retainers. ( Need someone who can actively engage with and secure brands, either for collaborations with company's marketing team or for sponsorship of the events company organize. )

● Experience at an online publisher, ad network, ad exchange, ad server, DSP, DMP, or other online advertising company is required

The Mobile Lead Developer with a minimum of 3-6 years of experience to develop a React Native Mobile App

Job Overview

The primary role of this position will be to develop rich Mobile/Web applications for a new Reillo product.

Primary Skills

·        Experience with popular application development frameworks such as React Native with excellent JavaScript, Typescript, ES6 or greater, HTML5, and CSS development skills

·        Experience in iOS and Android Application development

·        Experience with modern front-end build pipelines and tools such as Webpack

• As a DevOps Engineer responsible for systems being used by customer across the globe.

• Bring in technologies enabling massively parallel systems to improve turnaround time by an order of magnitude.

What you will need

• BS or BE/B.Tech or equivalent experience in EE/CS with 10+ years of experience.
• Strong background of Architecting and shipping distributed scalable software product with good understanding of system programming.

• Excellent background of Cloud technologies like: OpenStack, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Ceph is must.
• Excellent understanding of hybrid, multi-cloud architecture and edge computing concepts.
• Ability to identify the bottleneck and come up with solution to optimize it.
• Programming and software development skills in Python, Shell-script along with good understanding of distributed systems and REST APIs.

• Experience in working with SQL/NoSQL database systems such as MySQL, MongoDB or Elasticsearch.
