Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Python AI Developer with experience in Flask, AI/LLM integrations, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) to build intelligent, scalable, and production-ready AI-powered applications. You will work on AI agents, tool integrations, and backend APIs that interact with modern LLM platforms like OpenAI/Claude.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Python and Flask/FastAPI
• Build and integrate AI/LLM-based features using OpenAI, Claude, or similar models
• Implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) / tool-function calling frameworks
• Design and develop AI agents that interact with external tools, APIs, and databases
• Build RAG pipelines using vector databases for intelligent retrieval
• Manage context, memory, and conversation state in AI workflows
• Create scalable REST APIs for AI-powered applications
• Optimize performance, security, and reliability of AI services
• Collaborate with product, frontend, and data teams

Required Skills

• Strong Python programming
• Experience with Flask or FastAPI
• Hands-on with OpenAI / GPT / Claude / LLM APIs
• Experience in MCP / Tool Calling / Function Calling / AI Agents
• Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, and vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, Weaviate)
• API development, JSON, async programming
• Understanding of prompt engineering and context handling

DevDarshan is a devotional platform launched by IIT graduates to promote the teachings of Indian culture and the Hindu way of life in India around the world. In the 21st century, where everything around is digitized then why not temples. That’s the idea behind DevDarshan.We’ve built a community of devotees from multiple Countries, through our Mobile Application that connects Temples and Devotees, have successfully raised seed investment and also started to generate revenue for the temples and Priests associated with us. Right now we are looking to grow our team and build new exciting features for devotees all around the world.

We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated individual to help design our backend Systems to support both the Mobile App and WebApp

Requirements: 

• Experience in NodeJS, Typescript, ExpressJS AWS EC2. You have built backend REST API’s
• Expert in System Design and Software Architecture Processes, How different components interact with each other in scale
• Experience with DevOps, Docker, AWS, Google Cloud.
• Experience in Managing Development Teams, complete delivery lifecycle
• Good understanding and experience of NoSQL and SQL Databases, which to be used when. 
• Experience with CI/CD Systems like Jenkins, Github Actions.
• Some Experience with Realtime Databases/Systems or Socket based applications would be preferred.
• Some Experience with building Algorithms, Social Apps is preferred. 
• Any experience with Handling Video Delivery like ffmpeg/HLS/WebRTC is preferred but not mandatory.

The Role

This Role naturally progresses into Engineering Manager / Software Architect.

• You will be involved at all stages of the product development process, from design to development and deployment.
• You will architect, build, scale, backend systems that powers our applications which will be used by millions of devotees every day.
• You possess a passion for improving techniques, processes, tracking, and continuously improve our engineering practices and would work on a daily basis towards that

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Review training content and assessments. The review parameters include (but are not limited to) the following:

○ Rewrite the training content wherever necessary to simplify it or to make it more age

appropriate.

○ Create engaging learning activities and provide exercises and activities that enhance

the learning process.

○ Devise modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness

of course.

○ Analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional

design.

○ Suggest instructional enhancements to the content and assessments so the learning

experience is superior.

○ Check if all the training assets follow the instructional guidelines.

○ Work with subject matter experts to identify target audience’s training needs

○ Do a thorough language review.

○ Do a thorough formatting check and fixes.

• Brainstorm with the content developer to storyboard the concepts introduced in a lesson/chapter.
• Create guidelines and templates as and when needed.
• Conduct audits of the live classes to check how the content is getting translated into the actual class experience.
• Give inputs for process improvements.

Skill Set:

1. General:

• In-depth understanding of activity based teaching-learning methods with a strong knowledge of pedagogies to teach 21st Century Skills.
• At least 3-4 years of experience in instructional design and/or content writing.
• Experience in editing documents with an eye for details.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards.
• Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

○ Must demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the 

organization.

1. Technical:

• Understanding of Object-Oriented concepts.
• Basic understanding of core programming concepts with teaching skills will be an asset.
• Good exposure on-
  • Object-Oriented Programming language(s) (preferably JavaScript/Python)
  • Web Technology (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)- Front End Development
  • Block-Based Coding environment like Code.org or Scratch will be a plus
  • Knowledge of RDBMS (MySQL, Airtable, Firebase etc.) will be an added advantage

What you'll be doing :

• You'll be creating the best-in-class mobile designs for users on the Android platform, including visual & motion graphics, flash animation to explain the concepts.

• Asset creations, icon design, for the final deliverable for the release of the phone.

• You'll be continuously keeping an eye on the latest user interactive designs and leveraging those in one's own and the team's work as necessary.

• Create a look consistent with all of Indus OS while pleasing our users.

• Present the user interface visually so information is easy to read, easy to understand and easy to find.

Your Profile :

• Candidate with 4+ years experience.

• B.des, M.des from IIT(IDC) /NID/ Symbiosis/ MIT/ other design colleges.

• Creative and imaginative-, loves to explore.

• Ability to translate a concept into a visual form that explains the concept and able to give justification for each design decision.

• Strong penchant towards all things technology

• Comfortable presenting ideas and designs

• Capable of working within deadlines in a fast-paced environment, often on multiple projects

• Exceptional understanding of the graphic and the functional aspects of design and the ability to execute both

• A strong and creative portfolio with varied projects (this is important to evaluate the capabilities of interested candidates)

• Proficient with Adobe design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash)

Ensures the Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting are sent timely

Ensure Accuracy of data reported

Updates and analyzes monthly billing hours reports

Prepares daily status report to keep a check on internal targets

Review the collated data to drive inferences and trends to improve process performance.

Analyzes productivity and inquires into the causes of slippages.
Attends weekly review meetings with clients on various reports.

Customizes reports as required by clients.

Audits all MI prepared by the Executives

Ability to make things with in the TAT and SLA

Ensure data protection for all MI
