Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Java Software Engineer, based in Pune. The Java Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications. Key responsibilities include working with microservices architecture, implementing and managing the Spring Framework, and programming in Java. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features is also a key aspect of this role.
Responsibilities:
● Develop and Maintain: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for Java-based applications

Qualifications & Skills:

Role and Responsibilities

Qualifications

- Expertise in design, development, deployment and monitoring of AI ML solutions in production.
- Proficiency in various AI and ML techniques and tools, such as deep learning, NLP, computer vision, ML frameworks, cloud platforms, etc.
- 1+ year experience in building Generative AI applications leveraging Prompt Engineering and RAG
- Preference to candidates with experience in Agentic AI, MCP and A2A (Agent2Agent) protocol.
- Strong leadership, communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to think strategically, creatively and analytically, and to translate business requirements into AI and ML solutions.
- Passion for learning and staying updated with the latest developments and trends in the field of AI and ML.
