Responsibilities:

• Handle up to two (2) Chat concurrent chats or one voice interaction(s) in an efficient or effective manner.

• Provide friendly and efficient service via chat or voice support to our customers regarding 

  - Order Status Queries

  - Promotional Assistance

  - Product Information

  - Site & App Navigation & Troubleshooting

  - Problem with Orders Received Queries

• Maintain a strong customer service focus – “Active communication” skills with ability to empathize with the customer and prioritize customer needs.

• Accurately log all handled chats and calls in the appropriate tools, as outlined in our case management process.

• Consistently achieve metric goals proactively and independently with minimal direction and support.

• Stay up to date with and follow on-going process, product, and policy changes.

• Ensure the privacy and security of Client and Sutherland information

• Build a culture of open and honest communication by offering and being open to receiving feedback.

• Promote the culture, values, and mission of Shutterfly and Sutherland and act as a messenger to brand and community.

Requirements:

• Excellent command of the English Language and communication skills

• Ability to type 35-40 words per minute

• Competently multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• Enjoys challenging learning experiences, views failures as a learning opportunity, flourishes in unfamiliar territory, and is a relentless learner.

• Ability to actively listen, understand and summarize with clarity and simplicity.

• Must be available for a regular schedule of 40 hours a week, one that spans weekends and holidays, as our customers need us. Shifts may include evening or early morning hours.

• Can communicate with clarity, style, compassion, and purpose.

• Technical aptitude and the ability to pick up new technology quickly. 

Job Role - Interfacing Executive

Location - Pune

Responsibilities:

• Provide service and customer support during field visits
• Follow discussed schedule and execute accordingly
• Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and resolve them with a guided approach,
• Follow regular reporting to the manager
• Document processes where required
• Follow all company's and department's field procedures and protocols
• Cooperate with the technical team and share information across the organization
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
• Build positive relationships with customers

Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in field support
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
• Excellent written and verbal communication ability
• Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing work schedules
• Familiarity with mobile tools and applications
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills

• Be part of the customer success team and own a process in user onboarding journey

• Own the Revenue Operations end-to-end for our Customers; helping out Customers from post-sales to program onboarding.

You will ideally have a combination of both Product (Computer Sciences) and Business education & experience
Should be able to work effectively in a Matrixed environment
3 years of relevant experience

•  Acknowledge and resolve customer queries and promptly provide solution to the

•  Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
•  Establish and improve cooperation with new/existing customers
•  Coordinate with all the department for smooth redressal of customer complaints.
•  Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers.
•  Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills
•  Computer knowledge (WORD & EXCEL)
•  Experience in customer handling
