About the Role

The role involves conducting phone-based interviews, collecting research data, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic interviews and surveys for research data collection.
• Assist in organizing interviews, meetings, and other research-related tasks.
• Maintain and update research databases with accuracy and timeliness.
• Enter collected information and feedback into the system.
• Ensure all data is recorded and processed as per project guidelines.
• Meet daily and weekly calling/data targets.
• Follow up with respondents and ensure completion of surveys.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the reporting manager.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline research operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong listening and telephone etiquette.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with computers, CRMs, and data-entry software.

We're looking for candidates with experience with IT services sales only for this role. The candidate will be responsible for generating IT (Information Technology) sales and business, developing relationships with new clients, making sales visits and presentations, maintaining advanced knowledge of services, and establishing and meeting sales goals. The official designation would be Customer Success Executive.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in lead generation and prospecting by using various online and offline tools and methods like cold calling, emails, events etc.
• Identify potential clients and establish relationships to understand their needs and requirements.
• Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and concerns.

Mandatory Skills:

• 2 years of Experience in IT Service Sales.
• MBA in marketing, business administration, or similar.

• Should be good with decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

· Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging

Qualifications

• 3+ years' of experience in web development and software design.
• Proven experience as a PHP developer in a competitive environment.
• Strong knowledge of PHP coding and web-based applications.
• Good understanding of website integration and software creation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to follow clear instructions according to client demands.
• Expertise in front-end technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS), PHP frameworks, and MySQL databases.

• Field manage audit engagements, including management of client relationships;
• Plan and deliver a range of audit and assurance services;
• Supervise teams to successfully execute engagements and mentor more junior members of staff;
• Working effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution
• Help to drive our continuous improvement in audit methodology and develop new ways of working through innovation and transformation; and
• Participate in practice management activities, including facilitation of internal training courses and staff development.
