JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Strategy & Operations Manager you are expected to Work closely with CEO and help streamline Operations for the best way forward through Guidelines, Standards Automation etc (understanding the current state and future state why is critical), for & through
Roles & Responsibilities:
A strategic & org level role to define/streamline/standardize overall Org Operations in alignment with the current & future goals of the company, through,
- Definition of Guidelines, Standard Operating Procedures etc. for all the operations/services in the company
- Identification of the areas of automation of manual/repetitive tasks as a part of project management/delivery and working with the team in identifying and automating through the right tools & techniques (for ex – Team Management Matrix, Timesheets, Customer Status Dashboards etc.)
- People & Management – for work, right utilization & upskilling
- Continuous Reviews, Audits & Feedback ensure adherence
- Use of the right tools & techniques for ease, reuse, scalability & management – across operations
- Definition & Delivery of Org specific reports – team management, project dashboards, customer management etc.
- Bringing in mature practices to the way we do business for the betterment.
- Helping avoid waste and add value – in terms of work executed, value delivered to the customers
To re-iterate, all the above to be in complete alignment with the Org – its goals, values, principles & culture. So, while the expectation is for you to define procedures & protocols – it cannot be a one size fits all approach. Our belief is Responsible Freedom. Structures/Governance are important, but not at the cost of flexibility. You should be able to strike the right balance.
Scope in terms of functions/departments:
- All the functions around the Business that we are in (Consulting, Technology), from an Operations perspective
- Training & Development

Experience/Qualifications
- Insurance Technology space, with experience in the role, as per Job Profile (preferable: P&C/General Insurance and related Technologies) would be ideal for the role. Alternatively, experience in FinTech or BFSI is expected
- Minimum of 5 to 6 years – Our focus is not on the number of years of experience, but the passion/aggression to help support in building scalable business through the right Operations
- B Tech with MBA from Premier Institutes preferable
- Experience in tech project implementations – in the capacity of operations manager

The founder is Shariq Plasticwala. He is a graduate of IIT Bombay & Stanford GSB. He was part of the founding team of Amazon India where he played a key role for over 8 years. The other members of the founding team are experienced senior leaders from Shiamak Davar’s & Byju’s.
Role
The responsibilities of the role are per the below:
● Ensuring the smooth functioning of studio operations
● Minimizing unwanted sounds
● Regulating volume levels and sound quality
● Setting up studios
● Problem Solving: When equipment malfunctions, an audio engineer must be able to
identify the problem, then make the repairs and necessary adjustments.
● Manual Dexterity: Setting up equipment, connecting wires, and using knobs and buttons to make adjustments requires excellent manual dexterity.
● Monitoring: Audio engineers must continuously monitor volume levels and sound quality.
● Providing oversight during live productions
● Meeting clients' quality standards
● Maintaining and repairing equipment
The role is based in Bangalore, India. The role will be required to work out of the office in
Indiranagar.
Experience, Qualifications & Person Type
The ideal candidate is someone who –
● Has 1+ years of experience as an audio engineer.
● Disciplined & follows processes.
● Critical Thinking: To fix problems, engineers must come up with alternative solutions and
then figure out which solution will have the best results.
● Communication: Engineers must possess excellent listening and speaking skills to collaborate on projects with others involved in the project.
● Is a team player, works well in groups & optimizes for the team.
● Bachelor’s degree in audio engineering is preferred.
● Proficient in live streaming software like OBS

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for dealing and building strategic partnerships with corporates/ PSU and thus contributing towards business development.
What you will do:
- Creating and managing new and follow-up accounts by mapping, engaging into corporates/ PSUs and focussing on business development

What you need to have:- Graduation is a must

- Outstanding communication and professional networking skills
- Excellent presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills are required
- Willing to work in Night shift (6pm to 3am)
- 2-5 years of ServiceNow HR Application support
- Must be proficient with analyzing log files and standard debugging concept.
- Familiarity with tools practices of the trade such as incident management, knowledgebase, escalation management.
- Previous experience working with the ServiceNow Modules (HR - Case and Onboarding, ITSM, SLA Management, Service Catalog, Workflows Approvals etc)
- Min 2 year of experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST/SOAP, XML, Json
- Experience providing SaaS support is desirable
- Knowledge of ITIL standard methodologies
