Job Description:

• Should have basic experience in animation principles.

• Create and Edit Videos for all projects and use motion for the created videos
• Strong learning capability.
• Having a good knowledge of Excel tools
• Framework experience would be beneficial.
• Should be comfortable working with the team.
• Strong expertise in Motion Graphics, with a blend of creative visualization, modern design, and typography.
• Proficiency in handling DSLR cameras for internal photo/video shoots and enhancing footage with effects and elements to produce high-quality videos.
• Basic knowledge of UI design is a plus, as it may be required for certain UI-related tasks and team collaboration.

Skills required:

• Demonstrated experience in a graphic and motion design position.
• A strong portfolio that highlights one's creativity and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and communication abilities.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Knowledge of Figma and Blender 3D is a plus.
• Experience with BodyMovin (Lottie) and Duik plug-ins will be considered an added advantage.

Role: Production

Locations: Airoli

Qualification: Diploma/Degree in engineering

Years of Experience: 2 to 12 years

Work hours: shift working involved

Nature of Experience: exposure to any of the sections in production i.e. Core Coil Assembly, Separate Phase Assembly, Winding, VPD Ovening, Tanking

Responsibilities:

·        Completion of shop floor loading & monitor closely productivity of workers.

• Ensure completion of daily production targets adhering to defined standards of cost, quality and time
• Attend productivity meetings to discuss the discrepancies in the planned vs actual plan.
• Preparation of productivity reports based on throughput & timeliness for presenting the same in productivity meetings.
• Undertake Production Planning and Control activities ensuring adherence to production targets in terms of cost, quality, throughput & timeliness Coordinate with the technical design (electrical and mechanical) function for a design review before the start of every work order and for clarifications on design parameters during production 
• Ensure material requisitions are raised on time to obtain the material from the stores team
•  Ensure the adherence of the workers to the shift schedule.
• Drive discipline on the shop floor and maintain healthy industrial relations in coordination with the HR function
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement in section of the production process
• Ensure appropriate training is been given to the winding team by conducting various training sessions.
• Ensure all the documentation & statutory compliances are fulfilled in timely manner to facilitate completion of all the audits.
• Identify production bottlenecks and ensure elimination of the same in coordination with the engineering function
• Drive cost savings through cost effective utilization of resources, process improvements and reduction in operational expenses / overheads
• Ensure all production related documentations / records are maintained and updated through SAP
• Ensure compliance to SOP’s ,process flows and production protocol to ensure minimum deviation from specifications

• Bachelors / Masters in Computer Science or equivalent from a premier institute with at least 8+ years over all professional experience. At-least 2+ years experience in managing/leading software development teams.
• Create clear career paths for team members and help them grow with regular & deep mentoring. Perform regular performance evaluation and share and seek feedback.
• Able to drive sprints and OKRs.
• Exceptional team managing skills; experience in building large scale distributed systems
• Experience in Scalable Systems - transactional systems (B2C)
• Expertise in Java/J2EE and multithreading
• Deep understanding of transactional and NoSQL DBs
• Deep understanding of Messaging systems - kafka
• Good experience on cloud infrastructure - AWS preferably
• Good to have: Data pipelines, ES
• Ability to think and analyze both breadth-wise and depth-wise while designing and implementing services
• Excellent teamwork skills, flexibility, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
