T3:

1. Technical points: you need to master js css html, the front-end framework needs to master react, know the various hooks of the react function component, and be able to implement the hooks yourself.

2. Able to restore 100% of the UI design draft and consider various compatibility issues when implementing web page layout. Able to reuse various components.

3. Able to handle various compatibility issues on the h5 side, and compatibility issues on the web side such as safari chrome and other mainstream browsers

4. Have a solid foundation in JS, do not write random codes, know how to correctly implement requirements, and write correct codes that are highly maintainable and will not affect other modules. Understand the browser's asynchrony and event loop and be able to quickly locate problems.

5. Have motivation and enthusiasm for learning, be able to accept knowledge that you do not have, and learn quickly.

T4:

1. Understand how to write high-performance react code. Be proficient in js language specifications. Pursue clean code.

2. Familiar with web security knowledge and able to use technical specifications to prevent security vulnerabilities

3. Have experience in front-end architecture of front-end websites. Have built front-end architecture.

4. Solved various mobile phone compatibility issues and was able to quickly locate problems.

5. Broad knowledge. Able to take over various tasks, including hybrid app, electron, webclip, pwa.

6. Good communication skills, able to solve various daily problems through communication.

7 Love learning and have an exploratory spirit for unknown technologies.

8. Able to guide employees below T3 and lead the team to improve code quality and improve work efficiency.

Job Summary:

• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
• Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript

Requirements -

• Bachelor’s Degree with 0-3 years of industry experience as an automation tester in Selenium/Python and Appium/Python
• Hands on Experience in designing highly reusable and efficient Automation Test framework design in Selenium/Python and Appium/Python and able to maintain/support an automation framework
• Experience in building and adhering the automation processes/standards and guidelines to meet code quality benchmark and robustness of overall framework for future maintenance
• Experience in developing high-quality test automation suite in a cross-browser environment
• Experienced in working with different Data Types, Variables, Operators, Flow Control Statements, and Methods
• Ability to handle exceptions, File I/O, API interactions and Database Operations
• Good understanding of QA methodologies, software testing life cycle and processes.
• Good knowledge of different types of Element Locators, Inspecting Elements and Selenium WebDriver API Commands or Methods

Duck Creek Platform in general, agile/scrum, change orientation and effective communication :

• Responsible for development of complex configuration in Duck Creek application
• Work with Business and subject matter experts to gather and validate the requirements
• Work with development lead on designing solutions
• Provide guidance or mentorship to the team where applicable
• Provide inputs to testing scope and review artifacts
• Provide support to test events and support elevate activities
• Identify, escalate and mitigate challenges in delivery both from technical and functional stand point.
• Designs, develops, troubleshoots, debugs, and implements Duck Creek Rating & Policy to build new insurance products and lines of business that meet all business & technical requirements
• Integrates applications with backend databases, third party API's and other Data sources.
• Researches, tests, builds and coordinates the integration of new products and services per business requirements.

• Understand the fundamentals of Software Engineering, such as Data Structures, Algorithms, Design Patterns
• Ability to write Java applications using Spring, Springboot or any other microservices frameworks
• Experience in the development of REST applications, in Java or Kotlin
• Capable of writing effective APIs
• Solid knowledge of JVM fundamentals such as classloading, memory management, garbage collection
• Demonstrated experience in platform API design and development

• Design collaterals for our performance marketing team across multiple display networks, social media, and native platforms
• Execute our visual strategy and calendar to be deployed across all digital channels
• Work with our copywriter to conceptualize compelling designs that increase the brand’s overall reach, engagement, and conversions to sales
• Work on design collaterals like social media creatives, videos, infographics, blog & web banners, emails, landing pages, etc
• Optimize designs and visual language to match the relevant channel requirements but also maintain our overall brand tone
• Monitor and implement relevant digital design trends to keep our brand communication engaging and up-to-date with industry standards

• 5 - 6 years of experience designing digital content and marketing collaterals, with a good portfolio of work
• Has a clean visual design sense with good conceptual, typography, grid, and illustration skills
• Animation and video editing skills will be an added advantage, but not mandatory
• Can work independently and in a team to manage multiple projects and aggressive deadlines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high volumes
• Exceptional attention-to-detail
• Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Understand competitive and best-in-class design practices for digital content

• Identify bad code practices in Ruby and write new analyzers to detect them.
• Improve the coverage of automatically fixable issues.
• Ensure fewer false-positives are reported by the analyzer.
• Work on the internal tools that support analysis runtimes.
• Contribute to open-source static analysis tools.

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Strong foundational knowledge in Computer Science.
• At least 3 years of professional software development experience in Ruby.
• Understanding of the nuances of execution of the source code (AST, data flow graphs, etc).
• Familiarity with Ruby best practices followed in the industry.
• Native experience with Linux/Unix environment.
• A focus on delivering high-quality code through strong testing practices.
