We are seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead our premium lifestyle apparel store. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth, deliver exceptional luxury customer experiences, and uphold brand standards across store operations, visual merchandising, and team performance.

Should be from Premium apparel brand
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end store operations ensuring premium service standards
Drive sales targets, AOV, conversion, and repeat customer engagement
Build, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team
Deliver personalized styling and customer experience for HNI clients
Maintain visual merchandising as per brand and seasonal guidelines
Monitor inventory, stock movement, shrinkage, and replenishment
Analyze KPIs, sales reports, and take corrective actions
Handle customer escalations with a luxury-first mindset
Ensure SOP, audit, and compliance adherence

- Develop clear design communication material, including diagrams, zoning studies, exploded views, and storytelling graphics.
- Support other architects in design reviews, internal presentations, and client meetings. Will also be required to do presentation to clients.
- Coordinate with clients to understand design briefs, incorporate feedback, and revise drawings accordingly.
- Assist in coordination with consultants (structural, MEP, landscape, lighting, etc.) to integrate inputs into architectural drawings.
- Maintain organized communication records and design revisions.
- Modeling complex problems, discovering insights, and identifying opportunities through the use of statistical, algorithmic, mining, and visualization techniques
- Experience working with business understanding the requirement, creating the problem statement, and building scalable and dependable Analytical solutions
- Must have hands-on and strong experience in Python
- Broad knowledge of fundamentals and state-of-the-art in NLP and machine learning
- Strong analytical & algorithm development skills
