• Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery for Digital Marketing

• Strong experience of Angular 2+ and above along with other technologies like HTML5, CSS, jQuery, AJAX with good knowledge of ECMA Scripts.
• Strong knowledge of JS Fundamentals.
• Design & development of Angular applications as per desired specifications, along with experience in frameworks/libraries like jQuery, Bootstrap, Typescript etc.
• Architecture design, development, testing and maintenance of Web Apps, Implementation based on Angular Application MVC Patterns.
• Own end to end product modules/features (from the requirement to going live)- Design & code review, troubleshoot & help team members on issues.
• Gather requirements by interacting directly with the end-users.
• Research on open source framework/technology required for developing the feature/application.

Our ideal candidate excels at leading the design of simple and impactful B2B SAAS products while closely collaborating with design, research, product management, and engineering in a fast-paced, collaborative and customer-focused environment. You will work with various stakeholders to understand user needs, identify use cases, design UX concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and final mock-ups, ensuring pixel-perfect implementation of your designs. 

What You'll Do

• Work closely with other designers, researchers, product managers, engineering, and customers to design simple and elegant products and features
• Develop user personas, use cases, workflows, scenarios, concepts, wireframes, prototypes and final mock-ups to communicate designs to stakeholders
• Conduct competitive analysis to ensure our product is best-in-breed
• Drive the design review cycle with key stakeholders and customers to ensure the designs achieve the set goals
• Lead and support multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Work with engineering to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of your designs

What You'll Need

• 4+ years of experience as a User Experience Designer for complex web applications
• A fundamental understanding of the UX design process from discovery, through definition, design, and implementation
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Design (B.Des/M.Des/Any other equivalent degree)
• A passion for creating simple and elegant solutions that drive user and business value
• Proficiency in standard UX software (we use Figma)
• A portfolio of design work with case studies demonstrating your process and the impact of your efforts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A desire to work collaboratively with cross-functional teammates to deliver the best possible solution for our users

Bonus Points If You

• Possess working knowledge of loyalty programs, CRM, and/or email marketing campaigns
• Understanding of B2B Space

Responsibilities

• Installing and configuring Informatica components, including high availability; managing server activations and de-activations for all environments; ensuring that all systems and procedures adhere to organizational best practices
• Day to day administration of the Informatica Suite of services (PowerCenter, IDS, Metadata, Glossary and Analyst).
• Informatica capacity planning and on-going monitoring (e.g. CPU, Memory, etc.) to proactively increase capacity as needed.
• Manage backup and security of Data Integration Infrastructure.
• Design, develop, and maintain all data warehouse, data marts, and ETL functions for the organization as a part of an infrastructure team.
• Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements.
• Develop and interpret organizational goals, policies, and procedures.
• Evaluate the organization's technology use and needs and recommend improvements, such as software upgrades.
• Prepare and review operational reports or project progress reports.
• Assist in the daily operations of the Architecture Team , analyzing workflow, establishing priorities, developing standards, and setting deadlines.
• Work with vendors to manage support SLA’s and influence vendor product roadmap
• Provide leadership and guidance in technical meetings, define standards and assist/provide status updates
• Work with cross functional operations teams such as systems, storage and network to design technology stacks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years’ experience as Informatica Engineer and Developer role
• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in an ETL environment as a developer.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in SQL coding and understanding of databases
• Proficiency in Python
• Proficiency in command line troubleshooting
• Proficiency in writing code in Perl/Shell scripting languages
• Understanding of Java and concepts of Object-oriented programming
• Good understanding of systems, networking, and storage
• Strong knowledge of scalability and high availability
