The sales associate will utilize their skills to generate high-quality leads, build strong relationships with customers, and close deals. The ideal candidate has skills and demonstrates the ability to showcase our offerings compellingly. 

Job Location: Work from home

Selection process: HR Round followed by group discussion and sales manager round.

Qualification: Any Graduate/Post Graduate

Salary offered: As per industry standards

Working days: 6 days          Sunday is off

Shifts:10:00am -7:00pm

Job Responsibilities:

·         Testing of Mobile based application (Android)

·         Design & Develop Automation Tools for testing Mobile application

·         Automation of test procedures/scenarios/cases

·         Creation of Test Plan, Specification, Test case, Test scripts and Scenarios

·         Continuous enhancement of test suites for test coverage & efficiency improvement

·         Test Execution (Manual & Automation): Functional, regression, performance, etc.

·         Test Result Analysis, Defect Management and Test status reporting & Monitoring

·         Collaborate Closely with customer & Development team for all project activities

Experience:

·         A minimum of 2 years & maximum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role

Qualification:

·         Bachelor of Engineering (BTECH / BE) or Masters (MTECH / MS / MCA ) in Computer Science/Electronics/Information Science/Instrumentation from reputed institutions

Skills Required:

Mandatory

·         Strong skill in testing mobile apps developed using Android Java & C# RESTful API

·         Strong skills in C# /Java programming language

·         Strong Hands on experience in Test Automation Development (Mobile Apps)

·         Experience in tools - Appium, Selenium, UI Automator, Robot FW, Espresso, etc.

·         Proficiency in creating Test Plan, Test Cases, Test Scripts and execution

·         Experience in different types of testing (stress, load, functional, performance etc.)

·         Experience in API (RESTful API) testing is desirable

·         Knowledge of DB Testing, stored procedure creation & Optimization

·         Experience in various test tools & generation of test artifacts

Optional

·         Skills in Testing GUI windows/Web/Mobile (iOS) based application

·         Exposure to other programming languages C / C++/python

·         Exposure of Versioning / Configuration & Defect Tracking tools are added advantage

The Manager / Senior Manager, Corporate Fundraising will support Impact Guru Foundation (IGF) to mobilize financial and nonmonetary resources. He or she will lead IGF’s associations with multiple existing and new stakeholders among corporates. He / She will constantly focus on strengthening existing relationships within these partners as well as cultivating new champions among these stakeholders. This role works closely with the internal functions of IGF such as Program team, Finance team and Impact team to develop win-win opportunities to maximize our impact within and beyond.

1. Build financial sustainability  

1. Building and sourcing work-streams such as corporate, foundation, multi-laterals, Alumni, government etc. Good to be Subject matter Expert in work-streams such as multi-laterals / foundations.  
2. Design and execute deep engagement strategy with key relationships to ensure renewals, upgrades and meaningful partnerships  
3. Partner with the Director in leveraging the rich ecosystem towards building a pipeline of funders.  
4. Manage systems and processes that support development objectives and comply with regulatory laws and MoU commitments  
5. Lead and manage strategic partnerships with various organizations to organize fundraising campaigns and events.  
6. Handle external and internal communications and facilitate legal agreements with partners as needed  
7. Events: Organize events/conferences/seminars/concerts/charity fundraising events etc. to promote fundraising for partners  

2. Due Diligence:  

1. Conduct thorough due diligence on partners to make sure they are compliant with existing laws and have strong track record.  
2. Conduct thorough due diligence on individuals creating personal cause campaigns to verify need and use of funds  

3. Fundraising:  

1. Help partners identify influential campaign creators or to create campaigns themselves  
2. Work closely with the digital marketing and content team to make sure each fundraising campaign is a big success!  
3. Feedback Reports: Ensuring that all donors are sent feedback reports on timely basis and that partners provide high quality feedback reports Campaigns: Develop pipeline of campaigns that have large scale impact and work with partners to execute those

Qualifications / Requirements

• Graduate/Post graduate in any field with 4+ years of work experience preferably in a healthcare NGO.  
• Ability to evaluate partnerships and collaboration opportunities in the city / region from a development and a larger organizational lens.  
• Basic understanding of the IGF’s model with potential for systemic impact  
• Proficient user of the MS Office toolkit such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word  
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills  
• Strong project management skills including assessing progress to goals and making the necessary course corrections or reinforcements  
• Ability to use data to drive decisions  
• An inclination or the ability to see connections between seemingly disparate opportunities (internal or external to the team or the organization) and leverage the same to achieve shared goals  
• Ability to work in an unstructured environment and develop strategy independently – with the newer work-streams, the Senior Manager will operate in a relatively unstructured environment where they will have to collect, process and synthesize information. They should also have the ability to critically review this to enable strategic decision making.  
• Knowledge / Awareness of managerial techniques to build a strong culture of collaboration and collective problem solving among the city and national team members  
• Should have a proven track record of CSR Partnership, HNI Contacts, fundraising to promote charitable causes.  
• Strong network of existing relationships with hospitals, universities, marathon

• The project lead is a core member of the agile teams implementing EdTech solutions. These EdTech solutions, ranging across Learning Platforms, Assessment systems, Simulation Training, and Interactive content, are to be fit-for-purpose, efficient, and of high quality.

Requirements

• Fluency in Java and/or C++ with 3 to 5+ years of experience developing production level software
• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, multi-threaded and asynchronous patterns and their applications towards developing scalable systems
• Experience developing scalable distributed systems and deploying, scaling, and managing microservices
• Experience with  containers and kubernetes for orchestration and container management in private and public clouds (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) a plus
• Excellent communication skills and affinity for collaboration and teamwork
• Interested in and motivated to be  part of a fast-moving startup with a fun and accomplished team
• Startup experience a plus
• B.S. or M.S in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience

• Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, design patterns, data structures, algorithm design,
