- Conduct architectural research, site studies, precedent analysis, and data collection to support project development and design decisions.
- Prepare documentation, reports, and reference material for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Assist in the preparation of conceptual architectural designs, massing studies, spatial planning, and design narratives.
- Develop schematic design (SD) and design development (DD) drawings in compliance with State Building Byelaws, NBC, local development regulations, and statutory norms.

- Create detailed 3D models, walkthroughs, and high-quality 2D & 3D renders for design presentations and client communication.
- Use industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
- Utilize AI-assisted tools for:-
Concept visualization and mood generation
Presentation drawings and layouts
Workflow optimization and design iterations and
Graphic enhancement and communication design.
- Prepare industry-standard architectural presentations, design boards, and client-facing documents.
- Develop clear design communication material, including diagrams, zoning studies, exploded views, and storytelling graphics.
- Support other architects in design reviews, internal presentations, and client meetings. Will also be required to do presentation to clients.
- Coordinate with clients to understand design briefs, incorporate feedback, and revise drawings accordingly.
- Assist in coordination with consultants (structural, MEP, landscape, lighting, etc.) to integrate inputs into architectural drawings.
- Maintain organized communication records and design revisions.
