
Store Keeper cum Cashier
Receive, inspect, and log all incoming stock (food, beverages, supplies).
Maintain accurate GRN records and cross-check delivery bills with approved rates.
Monitor, manage, and organize inventory storage areas; conduct regular audits.
Ensure proper stock rotation, stock level maintenance, and avoid N/A issues.
Coordinate with kitchen/bar for timely replenishment and forecasting.
Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety guidelines in storage areas.
Assist with weekly food cost reports, vendor coordination, and dispatch support.
Handle maintenance, party, linen, and overall store operations.
Support front-end operations during peak hours as required.
Ensure timely submission of vendor bills to HO and maintain documentation.
✅ Requirements:
Prior experience in inventory/store management (restaurant industry preferred).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Familiarity with food safety and storage protocols.
Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
