We are seeking for a dedicated individual to join SmartDocs Business Solutions. The candidate will work with the product development team and must be a subject matter expert in-order to deliver the best practices; an ideal candidate must possess excellent business skills with outstanding communication, professionalism & leadership and must have minimum 3 - 6 years of experience in JAVA as a full stack developer.

Desirable Skills & Expertise:

v  Minimum 3 – 6 years of experience as a full stack developer (Preferable from product based entity).  At least a year of experience in managing a team is mandatory.

v  Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Engineering (CSE / IT / MCA / Software) are preferred.

v  Work exp. in Java, Frame-works like : Spring, Spring boot; J2EE technologies like Servlets, JSP and Web Application Server is mandatory.

v  Strong skills in HTML, Java Script, XML, CSS and Mango DB.

v  Product development in Linux environment is an added advantage.

v  Possesses intellectual humility; smart, driven, creative and able to learn things from slipups, willing to raise others up.

v  Excellent Communication & Analytical skills with integrated professionalism at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Ø  The role is responsible for designing, coding and deploying of high-performance applications.

Ø  Deep expertise and hands on experience as a Core JAVA Developer.

Ø  Team Management, Excellent interpersonal, Communication and effective organizational skills and solid technical skills.

Ø  Should be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel.

Ø  Excellent trouble shootings & problem-solving skills.

Ø  Experience with SDLC from requirement analysis through testing and deployment.

Ø  Must be an expert in technologies like J2EE, JSP, Servlets, Web Application, HTML, Java Script, XML, CSS, Mango DB and JAVA frameworks – Spring boot.

Ø  Develop and maintain strong product knowledge.

Ø  Guide the clients through various stages of the project and transition to support organization.

Ø  Review existing business processes and participate in the Process Improvement Program.

About the Role:

This role provides you the opportunity to truly accelerate your engineering career by giving you a front-line seat on a Rocketship product. Roles & Responsibilities:

● Perform full stack development activities using MERN Stack & GraphQL which is a MUST.

● Ability to translate UX Designs into functional web apps using React JS

● Technical architecture design along with system architect and product manager

● Writing effective business logic (using Rest API or GraphQL API)

● Algorithm design for system modules● Database design for scalable and secure systems using NoSQL (MongoDB) or RDBMS (MySQL or PostgreSQL)

● Experience in other JS frameworks like Next.JS, and React Native/Expo would be a plus.

● POC development with other engineers.

● Experience and Exposure to working with different projects and business models will be an advantage.

● Efforts estimations with the Product Manager and Engineering Head

● Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency

● Writing Unit testing for robust systems.

● Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, SQS, SES, Lambda).

● Hands-on experience in developing Rest/GraphQL API using Node.js with Typescript.

● Hands-on experience in MERN stack (MySQL or PostgreSQL would be a plus)

● Strong Knowledge of algorithms and data structures

● Experience working with US Clients is a Must

● Fundamentals of Docker/Containerized application development would be a plus.

● Experience in SaaS product development would be a plus

• Building reusable code and libraries for future use.

• Building highly scalable services end-to-end with frontend to handle terabytes of data.

Required skills:

• 1 to 3 years of expertise in full stack software development with one or more of the general programming languages (e.g., Frontend- Angular, React, TypeScript, Backend- Python, java, C/C++, Go etc.). Experience in Angular with python is recommended.

• Deep understanding of how to build an application with easy integration of RESTful APIs along with good sense of UI designs.

• Knowledge of a how a frontend and backend framework like Angular or Django or similar with ORM or multi-tier, multi-DB-based data-heavy web application development will help your profile stand out.

• Proficiency in (S)CSS, HTML5, Javascript and writing cross-browser compatible code along with CSS framework like Bootstrap.

• Good understanding of RxJS observables and/or Promises, chart libraries like ChartJS or Highcharts.

• Good understanding of bundling modules (Webpack or gulp)

• knowledge of SQL queries & DB like PostgreSQL(must) or MySQL. Working knowledge of NoSQL DBs (Mongo, Redis, etc.) is a plus.
