Key Responsibilities:

Commitment: Dedicate a minimum of 6 months to contribute to IgniteAndRise's growth.

Recruitment: Source, screen, and recruit candidates across sectors, with a focus on sales and technical roles.

Candidate Management: Manage the entire recruitment process from first contact to final placement, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies beyond job portals to attract top talent.

Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and high-quality placements.

Required Skills and Experience:

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Recruitment.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Organization: Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Collaboration: Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Networking: Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

What We Offer:

Flexible Work Hours: Full-time and part-time options with remote work. 

Compensation: During a 6-month probationary period, a base salary of ₹10,000/month (₹60,000 paid at the end of the contract) plus ₹30,000 for every successful placement.

Post-Probation Benefits: After 6 months, you'll transition to a Fixed CTC salary with a guaranteed 10% hike and potential performance-based hikes of up to 30%.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

 Provide first-line support to clients via telephone/email/tickets according to decide by the

company.

 Troubleshooting and resolving IT issues in a timely manner.

 Answering customer questions.

 Receive, Review and Manage client data in the software.

You are customer obsessed and research driven. You’re a natural collaborator and can work independently and in a team environment.

·       The UX Product Designer, delivers a design that works, based on user evidence.

·       They research, architect, prototype, specify and make the case for user centered experience on the product they are assigned.

·       They do it by testing and iterating on proposed approaches to complete specific tasks until an approach is proven to deliver the intended user and business outcomes including Objective Key Results (OKRs).

·       If no OKRs are provided, the Product Designer establishes them and measures design approach effectiveness against them.

·       The UX Product Designer will lead the UX team, nurture and grow talent.

·       This includes receiving and giving support to other designers, contributing to and establishing standard ways of working, establishing and enforcing design system standards and components, consistency between their product and others and owning authority and responsibility over the UX competency on your product team.

Key Responsibilities

·       Creating and Consuming design system components in Figma

·       Final Visual Design/Specification

·       Critical Thinking and interpretive skills are required to approach and make recommendations for problems that don't have established UX approaches.

·       Critical Thinking and interpretive skills to follow conventional approaches for problems that do have well established UX best practices, AKA 'Conventions.'

·       Collaborative skills to support the design and product teams, advocate for users with product teams and pivot and adjust to account for business viability and development feasibility.

·       Confidence to recommend not releasing design that is not ready for users.

• 2 to 5 years of Experience.
