
Sr Support Services Analyst
Position Responsibilities :
- Deliver expert-level technical support for Deltek Vantagepoint and Deltek Vision customers
- Assist with server installations, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting in on-premises environments
- Diagnose and resolve application errors, performance issues, and system-side problems for on-premises and cloud customers
- Support and troubleshoot third-party software integrations and API usage
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, understandable guidance for both IT professionals and less technical users
- Accurately document customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the case management system
- Collaborate closely with customers, engineering teams, product management, and senior support staff to drive timely issue resolution
- Participate in continuous training to stay current on Deltek product features, architecture, and best practices
- Leverage AI-powered tools to improve support quality, efficiency, and knowledge creation
Qualifications :
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a technical support or systems-focused role; experience supporting Deltek Vantagepoint or Deltek Vision strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of server, web, and workstation technologies
- Experience supporting SaaS and cloud-based solutions is a plus
- Proven analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, highly collaborative team environment
- Proactive, customer-focused mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow
