Sr.Software Engineer (Full Stack)

**Requirements:**

* Write well-designed, testable, efficient code by using web development best practices

* Website and software application designing, building, or maintaining.

* Evaluating code to ensure it meets industry standards, is valid, is properly structured, and is compatible with browsers, devices, or operating systems.

* Perform UI design and coding and create reusable objects and wireframes for web pages

* Create website layouts and user interfaces with HTML,CSS,JS and related frameworks

* Collaborate with web designers to realize visual design intent

* Design of the overall architecture of the web application

* Translation of UI/UX wireframes to visual elements

* Understanding the entire web development process, including design, development, and deployment is preferred.

* Experience with Figma, ReactJS would be an added advantage

**Required skills:**

* Excellent understanding of WordPress, Shopify, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript Template Creation,   Plugin Creation

* Exposure to REACT and Figma would be an added advantage

* Headless CMS, NextJs, Laravel, Scss, Tailwind, TSX, REST API, Theme Creation, 

* Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications

* Experience designing and developing responsive design websites

* Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across    platforms and browsers

* Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (Git)

* Proficiency in using web performance monitoring and auditing tools.

* Solid understanding of SEO best practices and how they relate to web performance.

* Must have UI/UX design experience

* Working knowledge of graphic design

* Agile and test-driven development best practices

• Solid foundation in system design, API design, and debugging
• Comfortable using AI-native tools to code faster and better
• GitHub is your second home. You write clean commits and structured PRs
• Cloud/infra experience (Vercel, AWS, Docker/Kubernetes)

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in HR or Ed Tech, Experience in assessment platforms

Job Brief

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Backend Developer to join our young team. You will be responsible for all the server-side logic of our games, ensuring a smooth, glitch-free gaming experience. You have to minimize downtime, crashes, and other bugs and capture & store data correctly for further analytics. You will be working alongside a dynamic team of IITian founders, engineers, designers, and marketers, so there is a lot of scope for learning and growth.

Responsibilities

• Build robust backend systems that do not break down.
• Write clean and reusable code for future use and ease of understanding
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
• Give inputs on how to develop new features in the most cost and effort-economical way
• Implementation of security standards, data protection, and privacy protocols
• We want to be a data-driven company. Gather data (events, clicks, behaviors) to facilitate analytics by the Product and Marketing teams

Skills

• 3+ years of proven work experience as a Full-Stack / Back-end developer
• 2+ years of NodeJS experience

• Familiarity with ELK stack. Hands-on project experience will be preferred.
• Website development. Should be well-versed in HTML / CSS / Javascript
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements

• Design implement and support highly scalable applications and web services using Microsoft technologies (ASP.NET, C#, MVC, WCF, SQL Server, Windows Forms, Web API/Rest API)

• Minimum 1 year of experience in React or Angular or JQuery, HTML, CSS
• Experience in web application Architecture and Development with hands on expertise in delivering solutions based on/customizing ASP.Net 4.0 / MVC and above.
• Expert-level knowledge of SQL Server programming.
• Strong understanding of OOPS fundamentals, Entity Framework, LINQ and REST APIs.
• Good knowledge of SQL Server Reporting Services and Crystal Reports.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (TFS/SVN/Git).
• Proficient understanding of build/release management processes.
• Must have experience of working in Agile/Scrum environment.
• Must have some experience developing Windows-based applications.
