JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Success Executive, you'll be the strategic partner to our clients, ensuring seamless onboarding, fostering long-term engagement, and driving measurable impact through our EdTech products/services. The role involves conducting tailored training sessions, analyzing user adoption metrics, and proactively resolving challenges to enhance both learning effectiveness and operational performance. Through close collaboration with product, support, and sales teams, the Customer Success Executive serves as the voice of the customer, helping shape future innovations that improve scalability, accessibility, and the overall learning experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Guide new clients through the initial setup and product adoption process.

● Support clients specifically in onboarding and adoption of ERP modules within our platform.

● Ensure a smooth transition from the sales team to customer success.

● Conduct onboarding sessions or training workshops.

● Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.

● Build strong relationships to foster loyalty and long-term engagement.

● Educate customers on features, best practices, and new updates.

● Act as a bridge between product development and the customer.

● Monitor customer usage metrics to identify risks or opportunities.

● Proactively reach out if usage drops or engagement declines.

● Troubleshoot issues or escalate them to technical support.

● Gather feedback and insights from customers and relay them to internal teams.

● Influence product roadmap and service improvements.

● Advocate for the customer internally.

Looking for an experienced Cloud Engineering & DevOps Leader with proven

expertise in building and managing large-scale SaaS platforms in the financial services or

high-transaction domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AWS cloud

infrastructure, DevOps automation, compliance frameworks (ISO, VAPT), and cost

optimization strategies.

Cloud Platforms: AWS (Lambda, EC2, VPC, CloudFront, Auto Scaling, etc.)

Preferred Profile

● Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Electronics or

related field.

● Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, cost-conscious approach, ability to work under

pressure, cross-functional collaboration.

• 2-8 years of experience in frontend development
• Hands-on experience of Minimum 2 years into ReactJS with 6 months in Redux
• Hands on with Core web fundamentals: HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Good exp in JavaScript Libraries like jQuery.
• Have delivered project on ReactJS and played key role

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:

• In depth knowledge of HTML5 • In depth knowledge of CSS3 (Less, Sass, Stylus is a plus), knowledge of BEM methodology is preferred

• Detailed knowledge of JavaScript (ES2015 is a plus) is a must

• Good knowledge of Node.js & npm

• Gulp or Grunt experience is a plus • Experience with Atomic design paradigm is a plus

• Experience in any JS framework(Angular, React + Redux, Vue, etc.,) is must

• Understanding of Web Accessibility WCAG guidelines.

CITRIOT – Job Description for Tech Lead

Responsibilities:

• Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team that will be working in a hybrid environment (remote-in person).
• Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Liaising with team members and managing time effectively to ensure projects are completed to standard in a time-constrained environment of our startup Citriot.
• Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible. Be able to update work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required. Example: coming up with an alternative hardware platform or a software tech stack very quickly if one fails or is unable to deliver results, and ensuring that the team is capable of delivering the results.
• Analyzing existing operations and being a mentor towards the interns. Being empathetic towards the employees and resonating well with their level of knowledge and skills; while at the same time encouraging them to achieve more.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments (very important).
• Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.
• Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders (not required very often, but an important responsibility).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (preferably CS or ECE). The candidate we’re looking for should have a research mindset and can complete projects in strict “startup-friendly” deadlines.
• Experience with Scrum/agile development methodologies.
• 2-5 years experience as a software engineer, firmware engineer or a hardware engineer in lead positions who is familiar with the following software/tools:
  • Experience & expertise in one or more programming languages: Python, JavaScript and C++
  • Experience programming microcontrollers in Embedded C or MicroPython
  • Experience with two or more of the following prototyping environments: Arduino (boards and IDE), Raspberry Pi (headless setup, GPIO programming), Nvidia Jetson/TX1/TX2 boards with setup
  • Strong conceptual knowledge on networking topologies, communication technologies and interfacing protocols (SPI, I2C, CAN, etc.)
  • Have worked on a PCB design project at least once in their career/university
  • Have experience programming embedded boards from either Microchip or STM32 (let us know if you have experience with any others as well)
• Experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
