The Role

Your Mission (should you choose to accept it..)

• To generate new qualified opportunities for our Account owners by actively engaging prospects; piquing their interest and getting their attention using a variety of tools and approaches
• With team support, test and iterate how we can engage new prospects and gather market insights on the newly updated service offerings

Responsibilities & Requirements

What you’ll be getting up to:

• Learn and execute proven processes to generate new sales opportunities for our Account Executives
• Testing, gathering feedback, and iterating on how we approach the market with our newly updated offerings
• Level up your competencies & expertise in everything related to lead generation
• Map and engage prospective accounts’ organizational structure, people and existing technologies
• Work closely with the team to ensure we are building out pipeline
• Engage in meaningful discussion with high-level executives, handling objections as needed
• Contribute to the creation and optimization of sales scripts, email campaigns, and prospect messaging
• Use internal tools to track activity and update CRM using with relevant information for our Account Executives
• Use your good-natured wit and charm to build relationships, break through the noise, and engage prospects
• Consistently achieve assigned quota for lead generation and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects

We’re looking for people who...

• 1-3 years of experience in lead qualifying, lead generation, cold calling
• Can write a killer email and have a great phone manner
• Are masters of efficiency, are highly organized, and love using technology to get things done quickly
• Are self starters who thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Minimum 2 years of web and mobile product design experience.

Proficiency in Design Thinking, User Research, and creating case studies.

Strong communication, teamwork, and proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).

Thorough understanding of user-centered design principles and front-end technologies impacting UI/UX.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

• Applied GenAI expertise in implementing cutting-edge LLMs and diverse generative models, specializing in transformers and GPT models.
• Demonstrated proficiency across various modalities, showcasing a dynamic skill set for innovative solutions.
• Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), with a comprehensive understanding of the entire stack involved in designing, training, evaluating, and deploying machine learning models, particularly large language models.
• Deep understanding of the entire stack when it comes to designing, training, evaluating, and deploying ML models. Successfully collected a new giant dataset and played a critical role in shipping a new ML product that required custom components.
• Extensive experience in designing and building intelligent agents, leveraging AI techniques to create autonomous and adaptive systems for various applications.
• Proficient in writing distributed ML infrastructure, debugging and fixing hard-to-find bugs in ML models, and owning production-grade projects from start to finish.
• Experience with Deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow. , Jax, and Keras.
• Proficient in writing GPU kernels using CUDA .
• Experience with AWS SageMaker and the AWS Machine Learning suite of tools.
• Developed novel techniques for ML model measurement and mitigation.
• Proficient in Apache Kafka for seamless data streaming, Apache Spark for large-scale batch processing, and Apache Airflow for efficient orchestration.
• Demonstrated expertise in Kubernetes-based workflows, specifically Kubeflow, for scalable and portable machine learning and data processing deployments, enhancing pipeline reliability and performance.

We are looking for a collections manager to monitor staff and oversee the procedures to reduce the

amount of unpaid debt the company incurs. You will also be responsible for negotiating extensions with

clients or write-off debt to minimize the company’s potential loss of income.

To be a successful collections manager, you should be analytical and have great report-writing skills.

Ultimately, a top-notch collections manager should have extensive knowledge of collection laws, and

continuously find ways to improve the company’s debt recovery.

Collections Manager Responsibilities:

 Overseeing staff members and ensuring the accurate and timely invoicing of customers.

 Setting payment collection goals and targets for the department.

 Creating and implementing a strategy to improve the collection of outstanding credit.

 Implementing collection policies and procedures to avoid excessive outstanding credit.

 Ensuring that the company policy on recoveries is followed and that it is in line with state and federal

regulations.

 Implementing deadlines for invoicing and payment collection.

 Negotiating with customers in cases when non-payment occurs.

 Preparing monthly feedback reports on payment collections.

 Remaining informed of any legislative procedural training regarding debt collection.

 Training and mentoring of staff members in the collections department.

Collections Manager Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

 We are looking for a Manager who has worked for a first bucket loan collections process

(including payday loans and installment loans).

 The applicant should have international collections experience

 3-5 years experience as a collections manager.

 Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks and General Ledger and advanced knowledge

of MS Excel.

 The ability to work accurately and independently.

 Good verbal and written communication skills.

 Excellent analytical skills and an eye for detail.

 Outstanding leadership and managerial skills.

1. Handle on-page and off-page SEO activities.

2. Perform keyword research to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities.

3. Handle link development tasks for websites to get the website in top positions in search engines.

4. Promote websites/services with the help of available social media sites.

5. Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and the web.

6. Communicate and coordinate with subject matter experts, content/marketing managers, webmaster, and technology team to ensure SEO friendliness of the website/content.

We are looking for a React Native developer interested in building performant mobile apps on both the iOS and Android platforms.

You will be responsible for architecting and building these applications, as well as coordinating with the teams responsible for other layers of the product infrastructure. Building a product is a highly collaborative effort, and as such, a strong team player with a commitment to perfection is required.

Responsibilities:

1. Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms.
2. Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms.
3. Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native.
4. Reach out to the open-source community to encourage and help implement mission-critical software fixes—React Native moves fast and often breaks things.
5. Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.
6. Transition existing React web apps to React Native.
