Digital Marketer (Google Ads Specialist )

The Store Manager – Apparel is responsible for overseeing all store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales performance, managing inventory, and leading a high-performing team to achieve business goals. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership skills with retail expertise in the fashion/apparel industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Store Operations

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
• Ensure the store meets visual merchandising standards and maintains an attractive, organized presentation.
• Manage cash handling, banking, loss prevention, and audit procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security policies.

2. Sales & Business Performance

• Drive sales to achieve or exceed monthly and annual targets.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rate, average transaction value (ATV), and customer retention.
• Analyze sales trends and optimize strategies accordingly.
• Implement promotions, campaigns, and pricing strategies.

3. Customer Experience

• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly.
• Train staff to provide product knowledge, styling advice, and personalized service.
• Foster a welcoming and engaging shopping environment.

4. Team Leadership & Development

• Recruit, onboard, and develop store staff.
• Coach, motivate, and lead the team to enhance performance and productivity.
• Conduct performance reviews, set goals, and manage staffing schedules.
• Encourage teamwork and accountability.

5. Inventory & Stock Management

• Ensure accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
• Supervise receiving, stock processing, and inventory audits.
• Minimize shrinkage and manage stock integrity.

6. Reporting & Administration

• Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, payroll, and store performance.
• Manage budgets and operational expenses.
• Coordinate with merchandising, HR, and regional teams.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Fashion, or related field (preferred)

Experience:

• Minimum 3–5 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role in apparel/fashion retail.

We’re looking for a Backend Developer (Python) with a strong foundation in backend technologies and

a deep interest in scalable, low-latency systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize backend applications using Python.

• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.

• Work with relational and NoSQL databases for data storage, retrieval, and optimization.

• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code while following best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, QA, DevOps) to deliver high quality features.

• Participate in code reviews to maintain high coding standards.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.

• Ensure application security, performance, and scalability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Python development.

• Strong command over Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.

• Experience working with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.

• Proficiency in writing and consuming REST APIs.

• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.

• Experience with unit testing and frameworks like PyTest or Unittest.

• Knowledge of containerization (Docker) is a plus.

Technical Skills:*

* 5+ years of Oracle Fusion/HCM Cloud experience with expertise in Global HR, Absence Management, Benefits, Time and Labor and Payroll.

* Strong SQL/database skills and experience with HCM Cloud tools like HDL or HSDL.

* Extensive integration experience with strong Oracle knowledge on the HCM Extracts development across modules like Time and Labor and Payroll

* Ability to develop/maintain HCM Extract interfaces and create custom reports using BI Publisher.

* Experience with Fusion Security architecture and OTBI analyses.

* Strong experience Oracle HCM Cloud Tech skills across Data Loader, Integrations (Inbound & Outbound), Extensions, Reports (BIP, OTBI), Extracts and Fast Formulas.

* Provide end-user support, troubleshooting issues, and resolving technical problems related to Oracle HCM Cloud.

* Ability to support Oracle HCM Cloud product releases, new features, and industry best practices to recommend enhancements and optimize system performance.

* Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills, with advanced Excel proficiency.

A.    Key Activities (Critical activities of the job)

1. Obtain all the necessary approvals / NOCs from respective departments of Municipal Corporation, METRO, regulatory authorities etc.
2. Ensure all requisite No Objection Certificates (NOCs) are in place for necessary approvals within defined timelines.
3. Submit all relevant documents and follow up with the various government / regulatory departments of the stage of approval.
4. Establish, maintain and enhance working relationships across levels within the concerned government agencies / department.
5. Work closely with the Management, Legal and Sales teams to enable closures of the transaction through a structural, legal, and commercial due diligence process.
6. Collaborate with engineers, architects, 3D rendering companies etc. to determine the specifications of the project and implement accordingly.
7. Work towards any internal premise modifications and execute the same.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Total Rewards Analyst you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and administering the entire spectrum of total rewards and not limited to compensation and benefit policies and programs, which support company objectives and local practices. You will also provide HR and leadership with processes and tools that facilitate the administration of equitable quality programs and ensures a competitive market position for the organization. You will be developing and/or participating in compensation/benefit surveys to analyse company’s competitive position. You will be ensuring company compliance with government laws governing both compensation and benefits practices.

Responsibilities

• Support day to day compensation & benefits management and operations in the region to ensure alignment with business goals and a robust Total Rewards framework to attract, motivate, engage, and retain employees
• Overall compensation philosophy design – Building the system to keep pay equitable to market and creation of systems for delivery at scale.
• End to End Support to our rewards cycles (mid-year and year-end) including the review current offerings and plans for enhancements and changes, rollout and communication materials.
• Assist with the compliance and governance of compensation and benefits policies and programs, monitor market trends, identify risks, perform audits, and provide solutions
• Act as the first point of contact for compensation and benefits queries and issues raised by employees, payroll, HR, and vendors including managing invoices.
• Lead compliance and adherence to global and local instructions/policies, and relevant local regulations / legislations.
• Create and maintain the regional compensation and benefits content on the employee portal based on the current programs and policies.
• Conduct routine market research and provide timely compensation analysis and support for new hire offers compensation & benefits packages related to job changes and relocations.

• Demonstrate excellent customer service through using effective communication skills in written and verbal interactions.
• Are comfortable working independently/with minimum supervision and interacting with employees at all levels across the globe
• Manage enrolment data for benefits including reconciliation and coordination with vendors to find solutions and resolve inquiries.
• Work on benefits solutions during M&A Cycles, planning on budgeting and harmonization.
• Partner with global total rewards teams to derive and deliver solutions at scale
