To manage the overall operations and sales performance of the interior design and home décor store. The Stores Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets, ensuring excellent customer experience, supervising the design consultants and sales team, and maintaining the brand’s premium standards in store presentation and service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Revenue Management

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the store.
• Drive conversion rates by ensuring strong customer engagement and effective product presentation.
• Monitor sales trends and customer preferences to suggest improvements in product mix and display.
• Implement promotional campaigns and sales strategies to boost revenue.

2. Team Leadership & Performance

• Supervise, train, and motivate the sales and design consultant team to deliver high-quality service.
• Conduct daily briefings and set individual sales goals.
• Monitor staff performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
• Ensure proper shift scheduling and adequate manpower coverage.

3. Customer Experience & Service Excellence

• Ensure every customer receives professional interior design consultation and personalized service.
• Handle escalations or special client requests efficiently.
• Maintain client relationships for repeat and referral business.
• Oversee post-sales follow-ups, installation coordination, and satisfaction feedback.

4. Store Operations & Visual Merchandising

• Maintain store ambience, layout, and visual display standards as per brand guidelines.
• Ensure accurate stock management and inventory control.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for product deliveries and replenishments.
• Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and maintenance compliance.

5. Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Track key performance metrics (footfall, conversion, average ticket size, etc.).
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and operations teams for smooth execution of campaigns and projects.
• Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, Marketing, or related field.
• 5–8 years of retail sales experience, preferably in interior design, home décor, furniture, or luxury retail.
• Proven experience in managing store teams and achieving sales targets.
• Strong understanding of interior design products and customer consultation process.

Role: GenAI/LLM Engineer – Domain-Specific AI Solutions (Telecom)

About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled GenAI/LLM Engineer to design, fine-tune, and operationalize Large Language Models (LLMs) for telecom business applications. This role will be instrumental in building domain-specific GenAI solutions, including the development of domain-specific LLMs, to transform telecom operational processes, customer interactions, and internal decision-making workflows.

Roles & Responsibility:

• Build domain-specific LLMs by curating domain-relevant datasets and training/fine-tuning LLMs tailored for telecom use cases.
• Fine-tune pre-trained LLMs (e.g., GPT, Llama, Mistral) using telecom-specific datasets to improve task accuracy and relevance.
• Design and implement prompt engineering frameworks, optimize prompt construction and context strategies for telco-specific queries and processes.
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines integrated with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone) to enhance LLM performance on internal knowledge.
• Build multi-agent LLM pipelines using orchestration tools (LangChain, LlamaIndex) to support complex telecom workflows.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with data engineers, product teams, and domain experts to translate telecom business logic into GenAI workflows.
• Conduct systematic model evaluation focused on minimizing hallucinations, improving domain-specific accuracy, and tracking performance improvements on business KPIs.
• Contribute to the development of internal reusable GenAI modules, coding standards, and best practices documentation.

Desired Profile

• Familiarity with multi-modal LLMs (text + tabular/time-series).
• Experience with OpenAI function calling, LangGraph, or agent-based orchestration.
• Exposure to telecom datasets (e.g., call records, customer tickets, network logs).
• Experience with low-latency inference optimization (e.g., quantization, distillation).

Technical skills

• Hands-on experience in fine-tuning transformer models, prompt engineering, and RAG architecture design.
• Experience delivering production-ready AI solutions in enterprise environments; telecom exposure is a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of transformer architectures, fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, PEFT, adapters), and transfer learning.
• Proficiency in Python, with significant experience using PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, and related NLP libraries.
• Practical expertise in prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and LLM orchestration tools (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
• Ability to build domain-adapted LLMs, from data preparation to final model deployment.

Work Experience

7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, with at least 2+ years of practical exposure to LLMs or GenAI deployments.

Educational Qualification

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, or a related field.
• Ph.D. preferred for foundational model work and advanced research focus.

What you need to have:

• 2 to 6 years of strong hands-on experience building applications on the web platform with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience in building responsive web apps using JavaScript
• Strong understanding of the latest JavaScript ES6+ concepts such as Promises, OOPs, Scoping, etc
• Strong hands-on experience in building SPAs using React JS and its companion libraries
• Experience with build tools such as Webpack, Grunt, Gulp etc
• Knowledge of state management libraries such as Redux, Flux, Context API, etc
• Strong debugging skills using browsers dev tools and familiarity with cross-browser support
• Familiarity with API dev tools such as Postman
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs

• The ideal candidate should be an enterprising person with fair exposure to government business / departments. The candidate should have prior exposure to deal with decision makers and should have the hunger for business.
• Prior experience in dealing with Civil Supplies, Consumer Affairs, Dairy, Agriculture Marketing departments will be an added advantage.
• Exposure to commodity trade in general. Exposure in pulses, sugar , oilseeds, F&V would be desirable
• Understanding of the commodity markets and its entire value chain across the commodity ecosystem
• Linkages with Agri commodity trade houses, export firms and Agri related corporates.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders, including national and local government, trade, banks, community- based organizations, and the private sector
• Experience in networking with the various stakeholders in the government departments and agencies along with ability to influence the decision makers. Prior experience in bid / tendering process including record of accomplishment of successful wins. Should have handled projects worth a min of 10 Cr. plus.
• Ability to commercially manage (revenue collections) large projects within stipulated timelines is necessary for this position.
• Should have lead a team size of ten member’s direct reportees.
• Prior experience in managing technology intensive projects will be highly advantageous for the candidature.

SENIOR FULL STACK C# / .NET CORE DEVELOPER

This is a SENIOR requiring a seasoned, driven developer with:

(1) >= 5 years coding experience

(2) Deep expertise in C# / .NET CORE;

(3) Extensive relational database knowledge;

(4) Drive, ambition, and business savvy to be a key member of a small team making critical strategic software development decisions;

(5) Drive and enthusiasm to code with aggressive feature development timelines;

(6) Ability, after COVID, to work in-office in Mumbai.

In this role, you will take over ownership of the .NET CORE back-end of a digital marketplace app. For the first two major projects, you will be:

(a) Designing and implementing an extensive database refactor to enable the creation of unlimited storefronts; and,

(b) Designing and implementing a financial transaction module.

We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, spearheading these projects and more, drawing on experience with prior projects to confidently chart the path forward.

We are not looking for someone who will need to learn relational databases and financial transaction APIs on the job.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of work experience.
