What you will do
- End-to-End Design Execution: Lead and execute all design stages from initial concept through wireframing, visual design, to final hand-off for development.
- Prototyping & Specifications: Create high-quality design prototypes, features, and specifications reflecting deep user insights and client needs.
- Review & Feedback: Critically review wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and visual designs to meet ProCreator standards and client expectations.
- Design Systems & Problem-Solving: Establish and maintain comprehensive design systems, proactively troubleshooting UX issues and incorporating feedback.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior designers, fostering their growth and ensuring high-quality output across projects.
Requirements
- UX Methodologies: Proficiency in research, personas, wireframing, and prototyping.
- Design Expertise: Ability to translate user journeys into visually stunning and intuitive UI designs, with a strong understanding of UI principles.
- Design Systems: Proven experience in building and utilizing design systems, with advanced skills in Figma.
- Platform Experience: Extensive experience in designing for both web applications and mobile platforms (iOS and Android) with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects on these platforms.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design decisions to clients and stakeholders effectively.
