Sr. Engineer / Asst. Manager – Estimation (E&I)

1.Technical Sales

Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets for equipment and elevator systems.

Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for prospective and existing clients.

Provide detailed technical and application advice to customers on equipment and elevator solutions.

2. Customer Engagement

Identify and assess customer needs through site visits, consultations, and discussions.

Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and technical documentation.

Maintain and build relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and

retention.

3. Project Management

Oversee the technical aspects of sales projects from inception to completion, ensuring all specifications

and requirements are met.

Collaborate with engineering and installation teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Address and resolve technical issues that arise during the sales process or order finalization.

4. Market Analysis

Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify

opportunities and threats. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance product offerings and

sales strategies.

5. Reporting and Documentation

Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project status in the CRM system.

Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.

Details about the job. You will ...

• Work very closely with the Head of Engineering and the CEO directly
• Own major parts of our tech stack (Node.js/React.js) and your job will be focused primarily on backend (Node/SQL/MQs etc.), but with some front-end JS work (React) as needed

A Bit About You.

• Really strong in Javascript especially in Node.js with at least 5 years of experience - if you are genuinely not super strong, please do not apply as you will find our interviews challenging and it might be a waste of your time
• Also has React.js experience so that you can support the front-end work as needed
• A strong Engineer who LIKES building software - not just someone who knows the frameworks and can code
• We don't care about college degrees or if you are self taught - we only care that you're exceptional in your work and can be professional

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Full Stack Developer at GoQuest Media, you will play a key role in building and maintaining

web applications that deliver seamless user experiences for our global clients. From

brainstorming features with the team to executing back-end logic, you will be involved in every

aspect of our application development process.

You will be working with modern technologies like NodeJS, ReactJS, NextJS, and Tailwind CSS

to create performant, scalable applications. Your role will span both front-end and back-end

development as you build efficient and dynamic solutions to meet the company’s and users’

needs.

What will you be accountable for?

● End-to-End Development:

● Design and develop highly scalable and interactive web applications from scratch.

● Take ownership of both front-end (ReactJS, NextJS, Tailwind CSS) and back-end

(NodeJS) development processes.

● Feature Implementation:

● Work closely with designers and product managers to translate ideas into highly

interactive and responsive interfaces.

● Maintenance and Debugging:

● Ensure applications are optimized for performance, scalability, and reliability.

● Perform regular maintenance, debugging, and testing of existing apps to ensure

they remain in top shape.

• Help build model monitoring systems across model types like regression, classification with structured & unstructured datasets.
• Build high-performance multi-tenant deployment architecture that works across frameworks like PyTorch, sklearn, TensorFlow.
• Help realize the product vision: Production-ready machine learning models with monitoring within moments, not months.
• Help companies deploy their machine learning models at scale across a wide range of use-cases and sectors.
• Write maintainable, scalable performant python code, Build high volume and high availability analytics systems, Push the state of the art of MLOPs to push the industry ahead.

Requirements:

• 3+ years work experience with production-grade python- preferably contribution to open source repost.
• Prior experience with ML monitoring, observability & explainability systems, and familiarity with tools for data science like Pandas, Notebooks, Numpy, Scipy, etc.
• Comfortable working in a Linux environment, experience with one relational & 1 non-relational DB is preferred.
• Some working experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch is preferred.
• Experience with model analysis and experimentation frameworks like MLFlow, W& B;, tfma is preferred.

• MBA from Tier-1 colleges (IIMs, XLRI, SPJain, FMS etc)
• Min 7 years of marketing experience. Out of 7 years of Marketing experience, minimum 3 years in handling brand profile
