● Proven Business Development, Account Management and Vendor
Management experience in the US staffing industry.
● Develop new clients (Direct / Tier 1 /MSP) for IT staffing business
in USA
● Ability to build business relationships – Have long term clients
who is willing to work with you and who has gained trust over the
years working with you
● Proven record of successfully signing up contracts with new
clients and placing resources on various projects
● Good understanding of US staffing business, sales process and
recruitment process.
● Must have a proven track record of outstanding sales
performance in the IT consulting industry and a workable
approach for closing new business, and a sense of urgency in
obtaining new business.
● Plan and Execute sales strategy & tactics that maximise business
