Job Description : Blockchain Data & ML Engineer

As a Blockchain Data & ML Engineer, you’ll work on ingesting and modelling on-chain behaviour, building scalable data pipelines, and designing systems that support intelligent, autonomous market interaction.

What You’ll Work On

• Build and maintain ETL pipelines for ingesting and processing blockchain data.
• Assist in designing, training, and validating machine learning models for prediction and anomaly detection.
• Evaluate model performance, tune hyperparameters, and document experimental results.
• Develop monitoring tools to track model accuracy, data drift, and system health.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and execution teams to integrate ML components into production systems.
• Design and maintain databases and storage systems to efficiently manage large-scale datasets.

Ideal Traits

• Strong in data structures, algorithms, and core CS fundamentals.
• Proficiency in any programming language
• Familiarity with backend systems, APIs, and database design, along with a basic    understanding of machine learning and blockchain fundamentals.
• Curiosity about how blockchain systems and crypto markets work under the hood.
• Self-motivated, eager to experiment and learn in a dynamic environment.

Bonus Points For

• Hands-on experience with pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, or PyTorch.

Who We’re Looking For:

IIT graduates preferred with strong Blockchain + DeFi expertise

Solidity + Web3.js / Ethers.js expert

Experienced in tokenomics, stablecoins, AMMs, liquidity pools & P2P escrow

Ability to mint max tokens with minimal liquidity investment while keeping price stable

Key Responsibilities:

Deploy secure ERC20/BEP20/TRC20 tokens

Design liquidity-backed tokenomics

Optimize capital efficiency & AMM strategies

Build P2P escrow smart contracts

Maintain stable token price peg across exchanges

• 4+ years of development experience and at least 1 year of smart contract developer experience in solidity
• Solid experience in delivering resilient and secure code in Solidity
• Knowledge and experience of the test-driven development
• Very good understanding of the Blockchain technologies, especially Ethereum
• Familiar with the common Smart Contract vulnerabilities
• Solid understanding about Ethereum infrastructure, e.g. like Gnosis, TheGraph

Responsibilities:

• Develop application functionality using various coding languages.
• Setting security measures against various types of cybercrimes.
• Maintain client and server-side applications.
• Train the fellow team members on blockchain technology.
• Attend meetings, brainstorm sessions, and daily standup for enhancing your knowledge of new technologies.
• Adhering to all the rules and regulations of data protection for digital payments.
• Staying updated with the latest crypto technologies for data protection.

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of exp in Designing, developing, and testing blockchain systems.
• Ability to write efficient and modular code.
• Good exp in preparing documentation on the blockchain development processes.
• Securing the blockchain network with new technologies.
• Utilize cryptography techniques to protect against hackers and other cyber attacks.

Technical Skills

• Experience in development of solidity smart contracts and operating mechanism of blockchain encryption algorithms, consensus mechanism, security protocols etc.
• Proven work experience of deployments on ETH/BSC/MATIC networks and other EVM Chains
• Understanding of virtual machine architecture, memory, and stack.
• Familiar with Truffle, Waffle, and Hardhat, and the pros and cons of each framework.
• Familiarity with code versioning tools (git) and repo management.
• (Plus) Understanding of mainstream DeFi ecosystems like Uniswap, Compound, Curve etc.

Soft Skills

• Proficiency in English & Communication
• Team Collaboration and task management
