As a Frontend Engineer with a focus on Next.js and React, you will focus on fixing UI bugs and building new features

Position: Frontend Engineer (Next.js/React)

Location: Hyderabad

Type: Part-time, Remote

Responsibilities:

• Develop user-facing features and components using Next.js and React
• Optimize existing components
• Update packages
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks and troubleshoot UI issues

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Next.js and React.js is a must

Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)

Experience working with RESTful APIs and GraphQL

Familiarity with version control systems such as Git

Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX) is a plus

Knowledge of build tools like Webpack and Babel

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an agile environment

Key Responsibilities:

² Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.

Qualifications:

² Current SDE 3 designation or equivalent experience in a senior development role.

² 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on frontend technologies, particularly React.

² Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS, with a deep understanding of modern web development practices.

² Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX) and routing solutions.

² Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and experience with modern build tools (Webpack, Babel).

² Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library) and test-driven development (TDD).

² Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

The React Developer will own and drive web development—including decisions about tools, technologies, and processes - for UPCRED.

Skills:

1 - 5 years of React experience with some hands-on experience with web application development.

Experience with React Ecosystem (React Router, Styled-components, Server-side rendering, Context API, React Hooks) is strongly preferred.

Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX is a huge plus.

Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around such issues

Understanding of REST APIs, the document request model, offline storage, state

management.

Experience with Content/Video-based website.

- Develop all user-facing products preferably in React JS & React-Native

- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use

- Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code

- Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable

- Provide technical advice and assists in solving programming problems.

- Enhance SEO, Analytics and overall frontend architecture for better performance

Requirements:-

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
