We’re laser-focused on delivering a world-class product again, and looking for an ambitious backend engineer to join our existing team of 9 engineers.

Some of the tech problems you get to work on as a backend engineer would be to build the backend for a modern spreadsheet experience from scratch, work on infra as code, write robust code that is fault-tolerant, work on performant code that adheres to SLOs set by the organization. 

About you:

● 3- 5 years of experience

About the role –

● Counsel students over the phone for admissions in UG & PG Courses.

● Assist learners in forms filling for admission.

● Guide students to take admission in our partner colleges as per the assigned targets.

● Have a direct access to the colleges SPOC as & when required & help in admission conversion

process. Maintain daily MIS on the calls & walk-ins (if any)

We are looking for highly motivated Systems Engineers/Systems Administrators (Certified CCNA). The position requires strong technical and communication skills.

As a Systems Engineer, you will be working on the latest products like Windows 11, Windows Server 2022, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, Azure Networking, Hyper V, Spark, SQL Server 2022, Chrome OS, Data Warehousing etc.

Responsibilities:

Deploying, automating, maintaining AWS / Azure-based cloud resources

Evaluate new technology options and vendor products

Develop and maintain custom SharePoint Online pages

Complete certifications and training on the latest technologies

Perform SharePoint Online administrative functions

Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for regular task automation

Monitor systems, networks, and functions

Identify and document common recovery procedures for service impacting incidents 

Establish and follow a ROB (Rhythm of Business) to ensure that all break/fix issues are resolved promptly or escalated to the appropriate group

Develop, communicate and drive Service Improvement Plans to maintain an environment of continuous improvement with a focus on rapid growth, world-class quality, and cost-efficacy

Drive operational aspects of incident management, ensuring SLAs for time, quality, and customer satisfaction are met for our global infrastructure

Manage customer interaction with the utmost professionalism, courtesy, and responsiveness

B.E./ B. Tech. in Computer Science /Information Technology or MCA  from a reputed university with a minimum 60% aggregate throughout their education

Skills and Abilities:

Ability to work in rotational shifts

High-level technical troubleshooting ability Customer orientation

Ability to multitask and work 6 days a week (54 hours per week at a minimum)

Excellent problem resolution, judgment, and decision-making skills

Knowledge about Azure

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements

Job Brief

We are looking for a rockstar researcher at the Center of Excellence for Machine Learning. You are responsible for thinking outside the box, crafting new algorithms, developing end-to-end artificial intelligence-based solutions, and rightly selecting the most appropriate architecture for the system(s), such that it suits the business needs, and achieves the desired results under given constraints.

Credibility:

• You must have a proven track record in research and development with adequate publication/patenting and/or academic credentials in data science.
• You have the ability to directly connect business problems to research problems along with the latest emerging technologies.

Strategic Responsibility:

• To perform the following: understanding problem statements, connecting the dots between high-level business statements and deep technology algorithms, crafting new systems and methods in the space of structured data mining, natural language processing, computer vision, speech technologies, robotics or Internet of things etc. 
• To be responsible for end-to-end production level coding with data science and machine learning algorithms, unit and integration testing, deployment, optimization and fine-tuning of models on cloud, desktop, mobile or edge etc.

Qualifications:

• B Tech / BS / BE / M Tech / MS / ME in CS or equivalent from Tier I / II or Top Tier Engineering Colleges and Universities.
• 6+ years of strong software (application or infrastructure) development experience and software engineering skills (Python, R, C, C++ / Java / Scala / Golang).
• Deep expertise and practical knowledge of operating systems, MySQL and NoSQL databases(Redis/couchbase/mongodb/ES or any graphDB).
• Good understanding of Machine Learning Algorithms, Linear Algebra and Statistics.
• Working knowledge of Amazon Web Services(AWS).
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes will be a plus.
• Experience with Natural Language Processing, Recommendation Systems, or Search Engines.
