Job Description:
- To set up and manage the distribution channel & sales force across the country, deliver topline, with the objective to maximise sales of company products within budgets.
- Manage distribution Channel sales across the country with right product mix, with P&L accountability.
- Identify, select, appoint partners, decide incentives & implement promotional programs.
- Provide feedback on market/customer requirement in order to support product creation.
- Ensure Legal compliance / statutory requirements across regions.
- Ensure the distribution width and depth is augmented in terms of geography and number of partners, build distribution width for new products, ensure retail programs are run and point of sale material is used effectively to influence customers at point of sale to maximize availability.

Job Summary – Manager - Performance Marketing
As a manager – Performance Marketing, you will be RESPONSIBLE FOR managing and executing performance marketing campaigns focused on new user acquisition for company using digital marketing platforms.
This role is CRITICAL in driving company’s growth by leading all paid digital marketing initiatives, ensuring customer growth while optimizing cost of user acquisition (CAC).

Job Responsibilities
The candidate will be REQUIRED TO:
- Plan and execute performance marketing strategies across multiple touchpoints
- Improve media and product performance funnels

- Analyze campaign data and consumer behaviour and implement learnings

Develop concept designs, master plans, and space layouts for villas and resort projects
Produce 3D models, walkthroughs, and photorealistic renderings
Create fast design iterations and explore multiple design options
Prepare presentation boards, mood boards, and concept decks
Ensure all drawings follow quality standards, accuracy, and project timelines
Coordinate with internal teams on design revisions and improvements
Incorporate region-specific design sensibilities (tropical, coastal, luxury styles)
Key Skills
Strong experience in villa, resort, residential & hospitality architecture
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, VRay/Enscape
Expertise in 3D modeling, visualization & rendering
Excellent understanding of concept development, space planning & master planning
Knowledge of materials, construction detailing & building codes
Strong design sense with the ability to deliver creative and accurate outputs quickly
Excellent communication and coordination skills
