Job Summary

 Collect, compile, and analyze data from various departments to prepare daily,

weekly, and monthly reports.

 Create dashboards, pivot tables, charts, and other reporting formats using MS Excel

or BI tools.

 Maintain and update internal databases, spreadsheets, and reporting templates.

 Automate reports and data processes to reduce manual work.

 Identify trends, anomalies, and key insights through data analysis.

 Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver

customized reports.

 Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality always.

 Support the management team with ad-hoc data and reports as needed.

Key Skills & Requirements

 Bachelor’s degree in commerce, IT, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related

field.

 1–3+ years of experience in MIS, reporting, or data analysis roles.

 Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.).

 Working knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 High attention to detail and accuracy.

 Good communication skills for coordinating with multiple departments.

▪ Data Pipeline Development: Build, deploy, and maintain efficient ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure 

Data Factory, Data Factory & Azure Synapse Analytics. 

▪ We are only looking for senior candidates with over 5 yrs of relevant exp with ample client 

facing exp.

· Finance/Insurance experience is also a must. 

▪ Data Modelling & Warehousing: Design and optimize data models, warehouses, and lakes for 

structured/unstructured data. 

▪ SQL & Query Optimization: Write complex SQL queries, optimize performance, and manage 

databases. · Python Automation: Develop scripts for data processing, automation, and

Technical Skills:

Ideally, you're a person who loves performing test automation, including the creation & management of test scenarios, documentation, and coding tests. You will help drive the design & building of E2E test automation and frameworks for our React. js-based hybrid mobile application. Moreover, you will find bottlenecks & thresholds in existing code with the help of automation tools.

Requirements:

• Prior experience with Appium or other automated mobile testing technologies.
• Knowledge of front-end/UI testing is highly desired.
• Hands-on experience on more of TestNG, JUnit, Spring Test, etc.
• Experience in working with Agile + DevOps' process management methodology.
• Experience in using one or more of Rest Assured, Super Test, Postman, and Swagger.

We are looking for a Senior Chatbot /Javascript Developer to join the Avaamo PSG(delivery) team.

Responsibilities:

• Independent team member for analyzing requirements, designing, coding, and implementing  Conversation AI products.
• Its a  product expert work closely with IT Managers and Business Groups to gather requirements and translate those into the required technical solution.
• Drive solution implementation using the Conversational design approach.
• Develop, deploy and maintain customized extensions to the Avaamo platform-specific to customer requirements.
• Conduct training and technical guidance sessions for partner and customer development teams.
• Evaluating reported defects and the correction of prioritized defects.
• Travel onsite to customer locations for close support.
