- Work closely with the architecture team to design and develop our most complex customer needs, providing development only where these requirements cannot be met through configuration. Creating high quality and sustainable client solutions and project documentation.
- Meet and exceed customer expectations of business knowledge, skills and behavior. Identify business/project risk and mitigate or communicate as necessary.
- Participate in pre-sales activities as requested.
- Support practice development activities such as defining and configuring industry-specific templates.

Technical Skills:
Primary Skills Required(Dynamics NAV/BC)
- Extensive experience with Dynamics NAV/BC up to the latest versions
- Broad Dynamics NAV/BC module understanding covering all core modules and additional add-on solutions
- Direct experience in consultancy and solution architecture within a Microsoft Gold Partner environment
- Track record of Dynamics NAV/BC implementation experience either as a team member or team leader.
- Knowledge of NAV/BC implementation and end to end implementation
- Experience with NAV/BC interfacing and integration. Experience in gathering technical requirement. upgrades and migration knowledge is important
- Beneficial to know Agile and Sure Step methodologies
- Experience in other technologies such as D365, SQL, Power BI, SSAS, SharePoint along with knowledge of Azure and .Net;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with well-developed interpersonal skills and an ability to relate to clients and colleagues
Secondary Skills:
- Knowledge of SQL Server, MS Azure, Power BI, SSRS.(Required)
- Good to have someone with Auto domain expertise. Should have very good experience in client handling
