Job Summary:

BikeFixup is looking for an ambitious and results-driven Franchise Sales Manager to lead the expansion of our franchise network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding potential franchisees, ensuring sustainable growth for BikeFixup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Franchise Development: Identify and approach potential franchise partners to expand BikeFixup’s network.
• Lead Generation & Conversion: Develop and execute strategies to generate leads, nurture relationships, and convert prospects into franchise owners.
• Pitching & Presentations: Conduct compelling presentations and meetings with prospective franchisees to communicate BikeFixup’s business model, financials, and benefits.
• Negotiation & Deal Closure: Guide franchise prospects through the agreement process, ensuring smooth onboarding.

• Legal Documentation Signing: Oversee and facilitate the signing of franchise agreements and other legal documents.
• Commercial Discussion: Conduct financial and business negotiations to finalize franchise deals.
• Site Selection: Assist franchisees in selecting suitable locations for business setup.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or a related field (automobile service industry preferred).
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication, and relationship management abilities.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of franchise models, business expansion, and the two-wheeler service industry is a plus.
• Travel: Willingness to travel for franchise meetings and business expansion.
