Role Overview

We’re looking for a smart, adaptable, and driven generalist to join the Founder’s Office at CraftMyPlate.

This is not a narrowly defined role — it’s a high-trust position designed for someone who can execute across verticals, stay one step ahead, and thrive in the messy middle of startup building.

You'll work directly with the founder, acting as a force multiplier across strategy, operations, product, growth, and partnerships — helping identify bottlenecks, drive execution, and bring structure where it’s needed most.

This is the perfect role for someone who wants to learn how to build and scale a company from the inside out.

What You’ll Do

Strategic & Cross-Functional Execution

• Work across functions — from operations and growth to product and partnerships
• Identify gaps, propose solutions, and drive high-leverage projects to closure
• Support the founder in decision-making with structured research, insights, and reporting

Ownership & Execution

• Take ownership of critical tasks and initiatives end-to-end
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery
• Act as a cross-functional glue between marketing, sales, ops, and tech teams

Problem Solving

• Spot inefficiencies and turn chaos into systems
• Run experiments, create frameworks, and document learnings
• Think beyond “how things are done” to “how they can be done better”

Day-to-Day Agility

• One day you might be running customer calls, the next—building dashboards or launching a new initiative
• Be comfortable juggling multiple roles — strategist, operator, researcher, analyst, and more

Accountant

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Preparing accounting entries and reconciling general ledgers

• Providing detailed analysis and explanation of transactions

• Working with the company’s accounts payable functions – maintaining invoice payment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments

• Preparing monthly financial and various detailed reports

• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements

• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary

• Taking care of tax returns and making sure they’re paid in time

• Finding and addressing any discrepancy in accounting

Qualification & Experience:

• Min 5 years work experience as an Accountant

• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

• Hands-on experience with accounting software like Tally prime

• Advanced MS Excel skills including V Lookups and pivot tables

• BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree

As a Data Engineer, you will work directly with our founders and alongside our engineers on a variety of software projects covering various languages, frameworks, and application architectures.

About the Role

• Architecture/design / configure the data ingestion pipeline for data received from 3rd party vendors
• Data loading should be configured with ease/flexibility for adding new data sources & also refresh of the previously loaded data
• Design & implement a consumer graph, that provides an efficient means to query the data via email, phone, and address information (using any one of the fields or combination)
• Expose the consumer graph/search capability for consumption by our middleware APIs, which would be shown in the portal
• Design / review the current client-specific data storage, which is kept as a copy of the consumer master data for easier retrieval/query for subsequent usage

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plans conduct and lead assignments generally involving moderate, high-budgeted projects or more than one project.
• Manages user expectations regarding appropriate milestones and deadlines.
• Assists in training, work assignment and checking of less experienced developers.
• Serves as a technical consultant to leaders in the IT organization and functional user groups. Subject matter expert in one or more technical programming specialties; employs expertise as a generalist of a specialist.
• Performs estimation efforts on complex projects and tracks progress.
• Works on the highest level of problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors.
• Documents evaluate, and researches test results; documents evolution of testing scripts for future replication.
• Identifies, recommends, and implements changes to enhance the effectiveness of quality assurance strategies.

Detailed Job Description:

• Should have experience in Development, Configuration, Implementation, and Support of Salesforce CRM applications based on Apex Language and leveraging Force.com Platform running in Cloud Computing Environments.
• Should work on developing custom objects, custom fields, role-based page layouts, custom Tabs, custom reports, report folders, design of Visual Force Pages, Dashboards, Apex Classes, Controllers & Triggers, VF Components, and various other components as per the client and application requirements.
• Should implement security and sharing rules at an object, field, and record level for different users at different levels of the organization. Also should have knowledge of creating various profiles and configured the permissions based on the organizational hierarchy.
• Should have good experience in design and develop Apex Classes, Controller Classes, and Apex Triggers for various functional needs in the application.
• Should involve in Unit Testing, Test Coverage, and Code Review.
• Should have experience working with Force.com IDE version 23.0, Eclipse IDE, and salesforce.com Sandbox environments.
• Responsible for ensuring the quality of their own work as well as the work of the development team.
• Development responsibilities include doing code review/bug analysis, analyzing development and impacts.
• The candidate should have strong programming, debugging experience, and excellent problem-solving skills.
