Software Support Executive

Role Description: 

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Executive/Manager to join our team. The role involves promoting and selling medical devices in the assigned region. This is a full-time position with some flexibility for remote work. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Drive sales growth for microscopes within the assigned region. 

• Identify and explore new business opportunities in Pathology Labs, Diagnostic Centers, Hospitals, Medical Colleges, Universities, Agricultural Labs, FSL, and Industrial sectors. 

• Approach and promote our products to both government and private sector institutions. 

• Arrange and attend appointments with doctors, either through pre-scheduled meetings or regular outreach. 

• Provide product demonstrations, training, and technical support to customers. 

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets for volume growth and productivity. 

• Implement sales and marketing strategies as assigned by the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) or National Sales Manager (NSM). 

• Ensure daily reporting and provide feedback on customer interactions. 

• Manage area sales, collect outstanding payments, address customer complaints, and conduct visits to hospitals and doctors. 

• Analyze regional market potential, track sales performance, and maintain strong customer relationships. 

• Engage with customers daily, weekly, or monthly as required. 

• Learn product functionalities and effectively troubleshoot issues. 

• Prepare and submit weekly reports to management. 

• Complete task assigned by the reporting manager 

Qualifications & Skills Required: 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any relevant field. 

• 1.5 to 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in medical devices, microscopes, scientific instruments, or laboratory products. 

• Strong sales acumen with high energy levels. 

• Excellent business awareness and market orientation skills. 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. 

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role is ideal for an early-career designer who has strong foundational design skills and is eager to work in a fast-paced agency environment across multiple brands and industries.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams and account managers to transform ideas, business objectives, and marketing requirements into compelling visual designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account managers and internal teams to understand client objectives, project requirements, and brand guidelines.

• Develop creative design concepts and visual solutions that effectively communicate brand messages.

• Create visually appealing designs for social media, websites, email campaigns, and digital marketing platforms.

• Design marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, presentations, and promotional materials.

• Interpret client requirements and translate them into creative design concepts.

• Develop design briefs by gathering relevant information, insights, and reference material.

• Present design ideas and final concepts internally or to account managers when required.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including copywriters, photographers, printers, illustrators, developers, and marketing specialists.

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry practices to continuously improve design output.

Required Skills & Tools

Technical Skills

Responsibilities:

• Take a lead in product and design ideation, planning and prioritisation. Also be responsible for the creative direction the product should take.
• Drive user research, create detailed user journeys and take appropriate design decisions backed by user-behaviour and data.
• Work closely with the Product and the engineering team deliver delightful customer experiences and ship new features
• Take part in creative and holistic thinking across our diverse products and conduct design reviews and status meetings as needed.
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
• Running user testing of applications, software, websites. Troubleshoot UX DESIGNER problems.
• Communicating scenarios, end to end experiences, interaction models and screen designs to other stakeholders
• Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes
