We’re seeking a high-agency, outcomes-driven professional with proven experience in startup fundraising to own and lead our current round from end to end.

You’ll work directly with the founders to:

• Build and manage the investor pipeline
• Shape and pitch our story
• Lead the entire process — from outreach and meetings to term sheet negotiation and closure

💼 Key Responsibilities

• 🎯 Fundraising Strategy – Define and execute a structured approach to raise fund from angels, syndicates, micro-VCs, and seed funds
• 🗺️ Investor Pipeline – Identify and manage a list of 100+ qualified investor leads; track progress, follow-ups, and conversions
• 💬 Outreach & Narrative – Refine our positioning, craft customized messages, and drive high-conversion campaigns
• 📊 Collateral Management – Continuously improve our pitch deck, one-pager, FAQ, and maintain an investor-ready data room
• 📞 Meeting & Engagements – Set up and attend investor meetings, lead discussions, handle feedback loops, and ensure timely progress
• 📑 Term Sheet to Closure – Support in evaluating offers, managing diligence, and closing the round
• 🧠 Founders Enablement – Pass on structure, playbooks, and templates to help us internalize the fundraising process

✅ You’re a Strong Fit If You:

• 🔗 Have 2–6 years of experience in VC, IB, startup fundraising, or strategic growth ops

1. Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.

• Must have applied knowledge of Python and trending data libraries.
• Experience on Python Backend Development framework like Flask, Django etc.
• Must have experience working on AWS (Lambda, EC2, S3, API Gateway etc).

We are looking for a Senior Test Engineer who will work closely with the project team members and ensure the quality of the delivery.

• Develop automated tests for product validation (regression and integration).
• Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures (manual and automated).
• Integrate and execute automated tests in CI/CD environments
• Troubleshoot, and improve existing automation scripts
• Act as a lead team member as the team grows, providing support and training to other team members
• Execute test cases against various software applications and document the results
• Perform ad hoc testing of new and existing features to ensure they meet design requirements, quality,

    and usability standards

• Follow-up with and document resolution of bugs
• Maintain test cases for manual and automated tests
• Communicate defects to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

• Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in a diverse technology environment in a Quality Assurance role
• Experience developing testing strategies and test plans
• Experience creating and executing automated end-to-end tests, using tools such as Selenium,

    Cucumber, or other automation frameworks

• Exposure to ‘Leapwork’ is good to have. Expertise on Java, OOPS Concepts
• Good understanding of software development lifecycles
• Ability to work in multiple application environments

• Fluency in written and communication skills in English
