• Role & Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain backend functionality for websites and web applications.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Curate accurate and compelling product listings for the brand’s website & marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Pepperfry, etc.
• Collaborate with teams to gather and update product information.
• Maintain consistent catalog formatting and apply SEO practices depending on type of platform.
• Be proactive in analyzing listing performance and identifying enhancement opportunities.
• Maintain the upload TAT target.
• Participate in the identification and correction of product errors and investigate catalog-related complaints.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely listings.
• Contribute information, ideas, and research to help develop and improve the quality of listings.
• Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven catalog management expertise.
• Minimum 1-year experience in Amazon & Flipkart listing .
• Any Graduate Degree.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and cataloging.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

In this pivotal phase, we seek a dynamic Performance Marketer responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing high-performing advertising campaigns across various online channels, including Google Ads and Meta Ads, to increase company sales and brand awareness. What would you be doing?

• Performance Marketing: Develop, execute and manage lead acquisition for the Airblack inside-sales team by efficiently planning, executing and scaling up performance marketing campaigns on Facebook, Google and other digital media platforms
• Perform daily account management, check campaign performance, and adjust bids to enhance campaign efficiency.
• Optimize performance across ad channels by testing and tuning ads, keywords, and bid strategies.
• Analytics & Instrumentation: Contribute to the analytics muscle of the Growth function with in-depth data analyses and set-up tech instrumentation to scale operations
• Experimentation & User Insights: Deliver continuous user insights, solutions discovery and experimentations across both 0-to-1 and scale-up revenue initiatives
• Go-To-Market Operations: Execute end-to-end operations on GTM, leads CRM and revenue optimization initiatives.
• Creative Strategy: Be a creative powerhouse in acquisition advertising by ideating and producing best-in-class video and static ad properties, user communications and landing pages
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with the Growth, Design, Brand, Tech, Product and Inside-sales functions to advance cross-function revenue and profitability goals.
• Key Ownership: Own key metrics like ROAS, CAC, Lead Conversion % and Revenue

What makes you a suitable candidate?

• Experience: 1+ years in digital performance marketing with a high-growth startup preferably in the education / ed-tech space
• Understanding of custom audiences and lookalike audiences.
• Ability to generate and install the Facebook pixel, and Google Analytics.
• Strong understanding of bidding techniques (AutoBid, CPC, CPM, oCPM)
• Expertise in creating ads and ad copies.
• Education: A bachelor's degree in any discipline is required from a tier 1 college
• You have managed upwards of 20 Lakhs in ad spending
• You are a marketing geek and can come up with creative ideas at scale
• You are thoroughly data-driven in decision-making; with good Excel skills. Experience in SQL is a bonus!

The Technical Project Manager is responsible for managing projects to make sure the proposed plan adheres to the timeline, budget, and scope. Their duties include planning projects in detail, setting schedules for all stakeholders, and executing each step of the project for our proprietary product, with some of the World’s biggest brands across the BFSI domain. The role is cross-functional and requires the individual to own and push through projects that touch upon business, operations, technology, marketing, and client experience. 

• 5-7 years of experience in technical project management.

• Professional Project Management Certification from accredited intuition is mandatory.

• Proven experience overseeing all elements of the project/product lifecycle.

• Working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Prior experience in Fintech, Blockchain, and/or BFSI domain will be an added advantage.

• Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods.
