Summary:

We are looking for a talented Flutter Mobile App Developer to join our team. The ideal

candidate will have a strong understanding of Flutter and Dart, as well as experience

developing mobile apps for Android and iOS. The successful candidate will be

responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying high-quality mobile apps

that meet the needs of our users.

Responsibilities:

● Design, develop, test, and deploy mobile apps using Flutter and Dart

● Work with product managers and designers to gather requirements and translate

them into technical specifications

● Work with other engineers to build and maintain our mobile app codebase

● Stay up-to-date on the latest Flutter and Dart developments

● Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on code quality

● Mentor and train junior engineers

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

● 4+ years of experience developing mobile apps using Flutter and Dart

● 1+ years of experience with commonly used 3rd party libraries and services,

push notifications and app analytics

● Experience with building video streaming and messaging apps is a huge plus

● Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Web Developer with strong expertise in frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery) and backend development using Python. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining responsive and interactive web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop user-friendly web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Design and implement responsive web pages for cross-browser compatibility
• Build backend logic and RESTful APIs using Python (preferably with Flask/Django)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, email marketing campaigns, social media, and paid advertising campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and insights, and optimize strategies accordingly.
• Create and manage content for various digital platforms, ensuring it aligns with the brand's tone and messaging.
• Create, manage and Automate digital marketing campaigns on buffer/Hootsuite (or any other tools).
• Create and manage content calendar for Hiringhood brand accounts.
• Monitor and analyse the performance of campaigns, using data-driven insights to make continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate marketing efforts and ensure brand consistency.
• Social Media Marketing: Create and manage Groups/Pages and Content across various social media platforms, engage with the audience, increase the followers and grow our social media presence.
• SMM (Social Media Management): Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, generate insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Email Marketing: Assist in email marketing campaigns, including content creation and segmentation, to drive customer engagement and conversions.
• Analytics and Reporting: Generate regular reports on digital marketing performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.

Must-Have Skills

• Only candidates who have completed their graduation will be considered. Individuals currently pursuing their degrees are ineligible for this position.
• Knowledge of digital marketing principles, strategies, and tools.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
• Knowledge of Building digital creatives in various formats like Banners, Videos, slideshows, GIFs, Animations, market flyers, promos & ads for posts using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or any other tools.
• Excellent presentation, communication, visualization, and articulation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, technology, or any related field.
• Fresher / Experienced with knowledge in Social Media Marketing / Digital Marketing.

Good to Have Skills

• Candidates with a portfolio of existing digital marketing projects will be preferred over candidates who do not have related experience.
• Candidates with related micro/nano courses and certifications in digital marketing will be given additional preference.
• A strong passion for digital marketing, a willingness to learn new tools, and tech savviness.
• Ability to work with programmatic advertising and the ability to compare and contrast campaigns across different platforms.
• Ability to automate marketing on instant messaging Apps/Channels like WhatsApp, telegram, Slack, etc, using NoCode tools like WATI.
