Build real AI agents used daily across the company

We’re looking for a high-agency, AI-native software developer intern to help us build internal AI agents that improve productivity across our entire company (80–100 people using them daily).

You will ship real systems, used by real teams, with real impact.

If you’ve never built anything outside coursework, this role is probably not a fit.

What You’ll Work On

You will work directly on designing, building, deploying, and iterating AI agents that power internal workflows.

Examples of problems you may tackle:

Internal AI agents for:

• Knowledge retrieval across Notion / docs / Slack
• Automated report generation
• Customer support assistance
• Process automation (ops, hiring, onboarding, etc.)
• Decision-support copilots
• Prompt engineering + structured outputs + tool-using agents

Building workflows using:

• LLM APIs
• Vector databases
• Agent frameworks
• Internal dashboards
• Improving reliability, latency, cost, and usability of AI systems
• Designing real UX around AI tools (not just scripts)

You will own features end-to-end:

• Problem understanding
• Solution design
• Implementation
• Testing
• Deployment
• Iteration based on user feedback

What We Expect From You

You must:

• Be AI-native: you actively use tools like:
• ChatGPT / Claude / Cursor / Copilot
• AI for debugging, scaffolding, refactoring
• Prompt iteration
• Rapid prototyping
• Be comfortable with at least one programming language (Python, TypeScript, JS, etc.)
• Have strong critical thinking
• You question requirements
• You think about edge cases
• You optimize systems, not just make them “work”
• Be high agency
• You don’t wait for step-by-step instructions
• You proactively propose solutions
• You take ownership of outcomes
• Be able to learn fast on the job

Help will be provided but you will not be spoonfed.

Absolute Requirement (Non-Negotiable)

If you have not built any side projects with a visible output, you will most likely be rejected.

We expect at least one of:

• A deployed web app
• A GitHub repo with meaningful commits
• A working AI tool
• A live demo link
• A product you built and shipped
• An agent, automation, bot, or workflow you created

Bonus Points (Strong Signals)

These are not required but will strongly differentiate you:

• Built projects using:
• LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
• LangChain / LlamaIndex / custom agent frameworks
• Vector DBs like Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS
• RAG systems
• Experience deploying:
• Vercel, Fly.io, Render, AWS, etc.
• Built internal tools for a team before
• Strong product intuition (you care about UX, not just code)
• Experience automating your own workflows using scripts or AI

Hiring for the position of Full Stack Developer  / Senior Full Stack Developer responsible for managing back-end services and the interchange of data between the server and the users.

Your primary focus will be the development of all server side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the frontend elements built by your co-workers into the application. Therefore, a basic understanding of frontend technologies is necessary as well.

We are looking to recruit a candidate for a role that will require:

• Create and consume restful APIs
• Design, develop, and maintain internal and external applications
• Build efficient, testable, and reusable modules
• Write high quality, structured application/interface code and documentation
• Identify solutions through research and collaboration that resolves the root of problems as they arise
• Define functional and technical requirements for application software to develop skills and knowledge
• Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality
• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle

Requirement

∙ Proficient in Node.JS and ReactJS development stack

∙ 2+ years’ experience designing, querying, and updating databases in MySQL/nosql

∙ Basic understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX etc.

∙ Passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas

∙ Good to have knowledge of AWS, Redis, ElasticSearch

Education: Min. Graduate in related discipline

Work experience: 2 years relevant experience

We’re looking for a full-stack developer to join our founding team and drive our product development. If you’re someone who thrives on high ownership, can figure stuff out on your own and wants to be part of the zero-to-one journey, this might be for you.

• Tl;dr code, debug and repeat, but since job descriptions are supposed to be serious stuff, feel free to read on;
• You’ll be responsible for architecture and development of both frontend and backend systems;
• Brainstorm and prioritize features with the product team based on technical feasibility to define the product roadmap;
• Ownership of shipping features from writing the frontend and backend code to making it live;
• Unless you’re the one who writes answers on stackoverflow, your code is going to break so make sure you can come back and fix it;

• If you can write code that works, we should be good but read on (disclaimer: most of what follows is not a hard requirement);
• You have 1-3 years of experience building a product from scratch or being in the initial engineering team of an early stage startup;
• Well versed with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, Javascript to craft intuitive UIs;
• Worked with React.JS & Redux (or similar frameworks) to build scalable, reusable components;
• You've built backend architectures using Node.js & Postgres (Brownie points if you’ve worked with Redis & Sequelize);
• Deployed applications on AWS using services like RDS, EC2, S3, Cloudfront;
• You can write tests, are great at logging {by great logging we don’t mean embarrassing console logs} & error tracking using tools like Sentry & Travis CI;
• Most of the above is us trying to sound legit about our stack, so if you’ve not worked with some of it & are open to learning or have better ideas, it’s totally cool;

Skills and experience

• Bachelor’s or master's degree in Computer Science or related field 
• 6-7 years’ experience hands-on in Node JS experience, Good Java script fundamentals. Python experience will be a plus.
• Should be experienced in web-based applications and micro-services architecture.
• Experience in relational databases ( PostgreSQL or Redshift)
• Exposure to MOCHA, CHAI test framework
• Knowledge in Test Driven Development.
• Experience of working in Cloud environments like AWS etc
• Knowledge of deploying application on Cloud Foundry
• Excellent coding and debugging skills. Knowledge of design patterns and practical application of the same
• Knowledge of Privacy & Security Rules, aspects for Software is a plus
