About the Role

We are looking for a driven Enterprise Sales Manager to own the complete B2B enterprise sales cycle from identifying target accounts and generating pipeline to managing complex sales processes and closing high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and prospect enterprise accounts using AI-powered research and sales intelligence tools.

Engage with senior stakeholders across IT, HR, Operations, and Digital Transformation teams.

Conduct discovery calls to understand customer challenges and business requirements.

Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline forecasts, and sales reports.

Required Skills & Experience

* 3–6 years of experience in Enterprise SaaS Sales.

* Proven experience managing the complete enterprise sales cycle.

* Strong prospecting and pipeline generation skills with a hunter mindset.

* Experience selling to enterprise customers in the US market.

* Hands-on experience using AI tools for prospecting, account research, outreach personalization, or lead nurturing.

* Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

* Experience handling multi-stakeholder enterprise sales processes.

* Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience selling into SAP, Salesforce, or Workday ecosystems.
