About the Role As a Quality Analyst / Quality Controller - Call Audit, you will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the quality of customer interactions to ensure adherence to set standards, improve service delivery, and support overall customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Call Auditing: Listen to live and recorded calls to assess the quality of customer service and ensure compliance with internal standards.

• Quality Evaluation: Analyze calls using defined parameters such as communication skills, product knowledge, script adherence, issue resolution, and policy compliance.

• Feedback & Coaching: Share constructive feedback with customer service agents to improve individual and team performance.

• Reporting: Maintain detailed records of audit findings, trends, and improvement areas. Generate timely reports for leadership review.

• Process Improvements: Collaborate with internal teams to propose and implement process enhancements for better customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Take product ideas from ideation to implementation
• Design and develop backend services that expand the capabilities of the product
• Write high quality, structured application/interface code and tests
• Lead engineering discussions to ensure the best practices, maintainability and security of the application
• Participate in design and code reviews

We are looking for

• 3+ years of experience building quality applications
• Proficient in Node JS, NoSQL databases
• Strong working knowledge of Web technologies and APIs
• Passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas
• Experience in planning, designing architecture and working with teams
• Experience with SaaS product or an early stage startup is a plus

Responsibilities

• Managing small to medium teams with a focus on performance and talent retention
• Participate in creation and execution of product and technology roadmap with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product managers and other leads/architects for building and delivering projects
• Ownership of front-end and back-end development work carried out with reusability, scalability, and testability of the projects
• Hire and mentor junior team members and coordinate their training
• Coordinate with external stakeholders for new integrations and tools
• Review and update policies relevant to internal systems and equipment and stay compliant with security regulations
• Monitor reliability and performance of all customer-facing and internal projects
• Manage software development projects by setting requirements, goals, and timelines

Requirements

• Work experience as an engineering manager or in a similar senior-level position at an engineering department
• Experience in the Fintech space
• Extensive experience with cloud technologies (AWS preferred) and server-side technologies (Java preferred)
• Hands-on experience in back-end and front-end development
• Good understanding of SDLC using agile methodologies (SCRUM / Kanban / SAFe)
• Leadership abilities with a strategic mind
• Excellent project management skills
• BSc/MSc in Engineering, Computer Science or relevant field

• Understanding position requirements and the hiring function’s deliverables in depth.
• Sourcing, screening, and developing a candidate pipeline.
• Ensuring a healthy pipeline till closure, report sourcing risks upfront.
• Managing candidate expectations and negotiating compensation packages for new hires.
• Developing external contacts to stay abreast of new hiring practices and trends in the industry.
• Providing recruitment reports and metrics.
• Exposure to both tech and non-tech positions across levels and experience in hiring high-budget resources.
• Utilize the existing recruiting database and tools to maximize the output.
• Work with agencies to explain the hiring needs and give regular updates about the candidates received on ATS.
• Work on recruiting projects to improve recruiting process efficiency.
• Maintain market intelligence on the hiring landscape and utilize this information for hiring the best talent in the firm.

Talent Management

• Provide support in the following areas: performance management, data analysis, employee relations, learning and development, and strategic development.
• Utilize data strategically: Identify trends in both qualitative and quantitative data to help improve organizational health, understand when data will assist in making informed decisions.
• Partner with team members to roll out programs to support employees on talent programs.

You will be involved in the production, maintainence and market entry development of wood, bayleaf and other farm based products. 

Your day to day operations will involve everything from ensuring work at all farms to planning new products based on market demand.
