Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Bengaluru for a Zoho Developer at Saturn Realcon Pvt Ltd. The Zoho Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Zoho applications to meet the company's business requirements. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement and enhance Zoho solutions for improved efficiency and user experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, and Zoho Analytics
• Experience in designing and developing Zoho applications
• Knowledge of CRM processes and workflows
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Zoho Developer certification is a plus

This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer located in Hyderabad. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating graphics, graphic design, logo design, branding, and typography for various projects.

• Partnering with internal business owners (product, marketing, edit, etc.) to understand needs and develop custom analysis to optimize for user engagement and retention
• Good understanding of the underlying business and workings of cross functional teams for successful execution
• Design and develop analyses based on business requirement needs and challenges.
• Leveraging statistical analysis on consumer research and data mining projects, including segmentation, clustering, factor analysis, multivariate regression, predictive modeling, etc.
• Providing statistical analysis on custom research projects and consult on A/B testing and other statistical analysis as needed. Other reports and custom analysis as required.
• Identify and use appropriate investigative and analytical technologies to interpret and verify results.
• Apply and learn a wide variety of tools and languages to achieve results
• Use best practices to develop statistical and/ or machine learning techniques to build models that address business needs.

• 2 - 4 years  of relevant experience in Data science.
• Preferred education: Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in advanced analytics, model building, statistical modeling, optimization, and machine learning algorithms.
• Machine Learning Algorithms: Crystal clear understanding, coding, implementation, error analysis, model tuning knowledge on Linear Regression, Logistic Regression, SVM, shallow Neural Networks, clustering, Decision Trees, Random forest, XGBoost, Recommender Systems, ARIMA and Anomaly Detection. Feature selection, hyper parameters tuning, model selection and error analysis, boosting and ensemble methods.
• Strong with programming languages like Python and data processing using SQL or equivalent and ability to experiment with newer open source tools.
• Experience in normalizing data to ensure it is homogeneous and consistently formatted to enable sorting, query and analysis.
• Experience designing, developing, implementing and maintaining a database and programs to manage data analysis efforts.
• Experience with big data and cloud computing viz. Spark, Hadoop (MapReduce, PIG, HIVE).
• Experience in risk and credit score domains preferred.

• End-to-end full-stack development experience
• Full hands-on experience with at least one of the following languages Java, PHP, Python, .NET and code repositories like GIT, SVN
• Expertise with HTML5, JQuery, CSS
• Proficiency with front-end JavaScript frameworks like Angular, React, etc.
• Experience of designing and developing APIs in a micro-service architecture
• Experience with webserver technologies like Node.js, J2EE, Apache etc.
• Good understanding and working experience with either relational or non-relational databases like Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Mongo DB, Cassandra
• Good understanding of the changing trends of user interface guidelines for mobile apps and be able to transform apps to newer form factors
• Hands-on with Native UI Components
• Familiar with Cloud components & deployment procedures.
• Familiar with code repository

• B.Tech/MTech from tier 1 institution
• 8+years of experience in machine learning techniques like logistic regression, random forest, boosting, trees, neural networks, etc.
• Showcased experience with Python, SQL and proficiency in Scikit Learn, Pandas, NumPy, Keras and TensorFlow/pytorch
• Experience of working with Qlik sense or Tableau is a plus

About InApps team

In-app team is responsible for effectively delivering the contextual information to help companies cross-sell/up-sell on specific workflows triggered on desired actions performed by application users. As a member of in-app team, you will be working on developing high performance systems to deliver the contextual campaigns in real time. In addition to real time campaign delivery, you will work on designing a flexible platform to provide customised experience for application users using web personalization, which allows companies to present unique and personalized experiences on their applications.

• Scaling campaign delivery with personalized content to 500M unique users within 1 sec.
• Rich campaign content delivery keeping user experience native to mobile and web applications.

• Proven experience in handling large infrastructure and distributed systems
• Proven experience in managing high performing engineering teams
• Proven experience with at least one of the cloud computing infrastructure - GCP / Azure / AWS
• Hands on in Java OR Python related technologies and frameworks
• Familiarity with ElasticSearch, MongoDB is a plus
• Liaison with Product Management, DevOps, QA and other teams
