4. Documenting or making this information available to all engineers - new or old
5. Create mechanisms to audit and ensure architectural compliance across engineering teams

Minimum Qualifications
● At least 8 years of software development experience
● Experience with technically leading projects and architecting high-traffic consumer-facing applications.
● A background in CS or relevant technical experience.
● Familiarity with languages like Go, Java, Ruby and Python.
● Familiarity with the AWS Stack.

Qualifications:

 

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar discipline
• 7+ years relevant work experience in software engineering while leading teams.
• Proficiency in more than one modern programming language such as Python (preferred) associated tech stack to write maintainable, scalable, unit-tested code
• Experience in building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered
• Should be strong with System Design and Database designing
• Deep understanding of design patterns, optimizations, deployments with Strong object-oriented design skills
• Experience mentoring other software engineers.

• As a backend developer, your primary focus will be the development of all server-side systems
