Fullstack Developer

 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using Java (backend) and React (frontend)
• Work with and integrate third-party APIs
• Implement and maintain authentication and authorization mechanisms such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID, and Okta
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote, global environment
• Ensure high standards of code quality, performance, and reliability

Required Technical Skills

• Strong experience in Java backend development
• Hands-on experience with React for frontend development

• Experience with cloud-based version control systems such as GitHub or Bitbucket
• Understanding of browser technologies and limitations

• CRM development experience (Salesforce, Dynamics, ServiceNow)

This role requires overlap with multiple time zones for planning meetings, status updates etc. on a regular basis. The duration of these overlaps can change depending on the type of meeting. Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced MERN Project Manager to lead and oversee the development and maintenance of our MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Execution:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

1. Team Management:

• Lead, mentor, and manage the development team, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Allocate tasks and responsibilities among team members based on expertise and project needs.
• Conduct regular team meetings to track progress and address challenges.

1. Technical Oversight:

• Provide technical guidance and ensure best practices in the MERN stack development process.
• Review code and ensure adherence to coding standards, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD pipeline implementation and AWS/EC2 infrastructure management.

1. Stakeholder Communication:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and potential roadblocks.
• Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications.

1. Quality Assurance:

• Ensure proper testing and debugging practices are followed.
• Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and incorporate feedback into the development cycle.
• Oversee deployment and post-deployment support.

1. Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, design, and progress reports.
• Prepare and deliver project status reports to management and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

 Technical Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, especially in AWS EC2 environments.
• Proficiency in Git and version control systems.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

 Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

 Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in project management (PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master).
• Experience with additional cloud platforms or DevOps tools.
• Prior experience managing MERN stack projects at scale.

Role Objectives 

• Participate in complex design and software development tasks within an appropriate schedule, task, and quality guidelines set in conjunction with the Senior Platform Specialists and Platform Architect  

• Hands-on development and implementation of solutions including the configuration of e.IQ platform components and custom development 

• Tasks associated with testing and documentation of solution implemented 

Academic Qualification
B.E/B.Tech/MCA in computer science Engineering or a related field. 

Experience Profile  

4 -6 years of experience in development or platform implementations.

Required Technical Skillset for Java Development

• core JavaScript, CSS, HTML-5,

• At least one of these frameworks (Angular JS / React /Vue / jQuery / Bootstrap)

• Experience in developing front-end web applications for various devices (responsive) 
  

Good to have:

• Basic Java knowledge /Programming, RDBMS (preferably MySQL or MSSQL), Exposure to Liferay.

• Must be capable of coding and unit testing their own code

SKILL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• 2+ years of experience in Java skills.
• 2+ years of hands-on HTML5/CSS3 experience.
• Experience with popular JavaScript frameworks such as ReactJs or Angular 2.0; experience preferred.
• Experience of working with HTTP 1.1, and HTTP/2.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON RPC.
• Ability to write clean, bug-free code that is easy to understand and easily maintainable.
• Experience following Git workflows.
• Working knowledge of DevOps tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Helm and CI/CD pipeline etc.).

• Proficient in creating Web (Responsive) applications using Angular 8+, AngularJS, JavaScript, JQuery.

• Knowledge of multiple back-end languages Like Java, Python and JavaScript frameworks(e.g. Node.js)
