Key Responsibilities :

• Implement and configure SAP SF RCM to meet business needs.
• Ensure system integrity and manage RCM configurations.
• Collaborate with HR/IT teams to streamline recruitment processes.
• Train and support end-users on the RCM module.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and recommend improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience with other SF modules (Employee Central, Onboarding)
• SAP SF RCM Certification
• Knowledge of HR processes and compliance

Position: Python Fullstack Architect

Location: Hyderabad

Job Summary

We’re seeking a seasoned Python Fullstack Architect with 15+ years of experience to lead solution design, mentor teams, and drive technical excellence across projects. You'll work closely with stakeholders, contribute to architecture governance, and integrate modern technologies across the stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and review Python-based fullstack solution architectures.
• Guide development teams on best practices, modern frameworks, and cloud-native patterns.
• Engage with clients to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Stay current with tech trends and contribute to internal innovation initiatives.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI) and frontend frameworks (React, Angular, etc.).
• Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps/CI-CD setup.
• Familiarity with enterprise tools: RabbitMQ, Kafka, OAuth2, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
• Solid understanding of microservices, API design, batch/stream processing.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and architectural problem-solving skills.

The candidate (Engineer) will be comfortable with creating an engineering plan for development based on their calculations and any research conducted. They should have experience and be able to utilize strong design skills. The candidate will also have the ability to execute a project based on the criteria outlined.

Requirement

• Minimum year of experience as an Android app developer.
• Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes
• Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements

THE ROLE

As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating impactful designs that capture the messaging required across marketing ideas. You will work under the guidance of the senior art director to

ideate and execute design assets required by multiple teams i.e social media, performance marketing or marketplaces.

RESPONSIBILITIES

▪ Create drafts of social media posts, web banners, etc. and get them approved by the senior art director.

▪ Liaise with internal stakeholders while working on design projects from concept right up to execution.

▪ Ensure that all the graphic elements are consistent in terms of style, colours, and message

▪ Find the right mix of imagery to visually represent the content.

▪ Be a part of the ideation process and pitch creative concepts.

▪ Make edits as and when required based on the feedback provided by senior members of the team.

▪ Adhere to strict timelines and be able to deliver quality work as required for the campaign/project.

SKILLS

▪ Understanding the visual elements such as type, layout, fonts, etc.

▪ Basic knowledge of online marketing would be preferred.

· Develop excellent working relationships with partner organisations to ensure effective collaboration in responding to customer needs.

· Work as a technology adviser to both prospective Customers and representatives of currently assigned partners

· Engage directly with sales and account teams to support pre-sales activities.

· Work closely with senior network engineers to design complex connectivity solutions

· Monitor sales activities in conjunction with network development and operational standards to ensure customer solutions are sympathetic to current network design principles and restrictions

· Liaise with colleagues across the company to help ensure solution design activities are documented and tracked as required

Job Requirement:

· Bachelor’s in engineering: Computer Eng. Information & Technology Eng., Electronics & Telecommunication, or related field.

· Must have Presale’s experience into any Firewall.

· 3+ years overall IT/development Background.

· Strong customer service orientation.

• Solid experience of working With Linux Operating Systems
• Good understanding of VoIP, SIP, SS7.
