EaseMyTrip is looking for Customer Support Executives- Travel Process to handle customer queries related to flight bookings and travel support. The role involves assisting customers through voice calls, email, and chat, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Responsibilities:

At least 5 years with working with a variety of business partners and delivering outcomes

At least 5 years with familiarity with design and prototyping tools, such as Figma

As a SaaS DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for providing automated tooling and process enhancements for SaaS deployment, application and infrastructure upgrades and production monitoring.
