Responsibilities

• Understand the problem statement and get the code done for the server side programming of our software including the database and other internal/external micro services communication
• Maintain the quality of code
• Impact analysis before actually writing any code
• Use the optimised SQL queries only

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years' of experience using NodeJS and MySql/PostgreSQL (This is mandatory. Please do not apply in case of lesser experience in either NodeJS or MySQL/PostgreSQL)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science

Ruby On Rails Developer

Job Description:

· Relevant experience in Rails Web Applications should at least have 2+ Years of Experience

· Good experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript

· Strong experience with Ruby on Rails Frameworks, ActiveRecord, GEMs, CRON jobs, and schedulers

· Develop enhancements on ruby-based web applications

· Experience in working with GitHub integrations and Docker setups.

· Experience in maintaining and troubleshooting existing applications

· Develop and manage APIs, third-party API integrations

About Us

Aura is developing a platform to help companies/communities mint, buy, trade and sell NFTs in the easiest manner possible. Developing a state of the art store front customized to the community and a user friendly interface to unlock the digital growth of companies in the gaming, art, music, etc space by leveraging the power of NFTs. Skills and Qualifications:

• Management of hosting environment, including database administration and scaling an application to support load changes

About the role:
We are seeking a Senior Backend Developer who has a knack for coming up with creative solutions to unique problems, planning development cycles and writing technical documentation while leading a team of developers. You should have experience with different design pattern implementation and be quick in making architectural decisions. You can get in where needed to write clean, reusable, and performant code, with creative sensibilities to push projects towards perfection. You should have good time management skills and be able to work both autonomously and collaboratively with a cross-discipline team of product managers, strategists, UX designers, art directors, and developers.

Preliminary requirements for the role

1. Should understand the architecture of Node Js language, and must have had at least 1 year of solid experience in writing robust code in this language.
2. Should be well versed with basic algorithms on ( array, Linked list, stack, queue)- Yes, we do ask questions associated with time and space complexity for the above-mentioned algorithms
3. Thorough understanding of MySQL, in that, creating all types of joins ( inner, outer, left, and right) on multiple tables, views, and triggers are a piece of cake for you.
4. Further, you should have a decent understanding of database designs so that you can make quick decisions about normalization, inclusion/exclusion of foreign keys, etc
5. Should have a decent understanding of code repository tool such as GitHub
6. Should be well versed with the basics of AWS ( understanding of cloud architecture would be a plus)
7. Should be aware of the commonly used encryption techniques such as JWT, API encryption, Token management, etc
8. Exposure to working in E-commerce related applications as well as in a startup environment would be an add on.
