Experience: 6+ years • Must have experience in SAP delivery, with at least Two SAP implementations • Should be able to lead a team of SAP FICO, FM and FSCM functional experts in the design, implementation, and Support of SAP FICO, FM and FSCM modules • Act as the subject matter expert for SAP FICO, FM & FSCM modules, including design, configuration, and testing of the system • Should have experience with end-to-end implementation of SAP FICO and FM modules • Should be proficient in SAP FICO configuration, customization, and enhancement techniques. • Should have good understanding of finance and accounting principles and processes. • Should have strong knowledge of SAP FICO module functionalities, including general ledger, accounts payable. • Must have experience with accounts receivable, asset accounting, controlling, and Funds Management. • Should have knowledge in integration with PS, PM, HR, MM, SD, FICA, CS, REFX & Bank Application

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.

Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.

Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

Maintain pay plan and benefits program. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

Your Roles and Responsibilities:

Business Development is a critical aspect of our platform business.

1. Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.

2. Calling 65-70 leads every day

3. Setting up meetings with potential clients (parents)

4. Generating Trial Classes - Pitch Parents to take PlanetSpark Trial Classes

5. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

6. Follow and achieve the department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis (3L revenue per month)

7. “Go the extra mile” to drive sales

• Should have strong experience in CRM platform either Functional / Technical with strong exposure to Salesforce Lightning components.
• Must be familiar with like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Platform.
• Strong knowledge and development experience in Lightning development, Aura framework, Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular Js.
• Expert knowledge of Salesforce.coms Web services, SOAP, REST.
• Must have experience in developing custom integration processes using Salesforce.coms Web Services API, SOAP, REST etc.
• Worked on latest web standards (OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect, RESTful web services, JSON & others).
