Who are you? A SharePoint Developer who can skillfully orchestrate end-to-end SharePoint solutions. You:
- Have experience building SharePoint solutions at both infrastructure and application levels with cross-functional teams
- Have a strong understanding of the SharePoint Framework
- Understand the difference between custom web parts and a reusable component library that can scale
- Can architect, articulate well, and create buy-in for your technical solutions

- Have a deep understanding of SharePoint Framework (SPFx), modern SharePoint development practices

What you will do:
- Client Engagement: Act as a technical point of contact for clients, understanding their SharePoint requirements, and translating them into actionable solutions. Participate in client meetings, gather technical requirements, and ensure solution quality throughout the project lifecycle.
- SharePoint Development: Design and develop custom SharePoint solutions using SPFx, including web parts, extensions, and applications.
- Implement best practices for SharePoint Online and on-premises environments.
- Solution Architecture: Create technical specifications, solution architecture documents, and development guidelines.
- Development Strategy: Contribute to the development of technical strategies and play an active role in proposing new approaches to continuously improve solution quality.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, UX designers, and other stakeholders to ensure requirements are properly implemented.
- Technical Innovation: Stay current with the latest SharePoint and Microsoft 365 developments, tools, and technologies, incorporating relevant innovations into development processes.

What are the Qualifications you need?
- Minimum 2 years of experience in SharePoint development, with a strong portfolio of successful implementations
- Proven expertise in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, .Net, HTML/CSS and React
- Strong understanding of SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, and modern SharePoint development
- Proficiency in version control systems (Git) and modern development tools
- Experience with SharePoint REST APIs and Microsoft Graph
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Microsoft certifications are a plus
