The activities would include:
Provide technical advisory for building a scalable and sustainable solution for Client.
Configure Application Data Model - Tables, forms, fields
Configure Application layout - Form and List layouts
Configure Users Data, create groups, assign roles
Setup Access Controls and Security Controls for the Application Scope
Portal/Workspace layout and foundational Setup
Create sub flows for all processes required for PRM flow
Configure end to end approval/review processes, business logics
Integrate Workorder creation sub flow with the main flow
Workflow Design- Publish for all processes
Build Redline Review Data model with ServiceNow Assessments & Surveys
Reports and Dashboards
Configure Integrations to ServiceNow platform
